Fast, easy set up. Exceeded my expectations. The step by step instructions were the best I've seen. The picture is amazing!

Besides great picture, esp. when viewing 4K movies, we discovered this TV has a lot of features that our last TV didn't have such as: Internet, various Apps, mirroring my Mac to TV (love that!), and the sound is better since I don't have a soundbar, yet. You can even set the sound level to remain the same when it goes to commercials. You can also set the TV to remind you when a show, movie or baseball game is about to start 15 minutes to 30 minutes in advance -- nice feature! The Q80 and Q90 are the only TV's in this class that offer "side viewing" which is VERY IMPORTANT. Sit back, relax, and enjoy!

Always have good experiences with samsung tvs. This one is no different. Easy to use, excellent picture. Works well within the Samsung ecosystem

I was thinking about upgrading my main TV set for a while and when the Q80/Q90 came about I knew that my time was coming. I just waited for them to come down in price a little bit and got this one. I had a previous Samsung model (c. 2016 I think) which was really good, but when we switched to this one it made me feel kind of a deja vu to when we went to a HD set about 20 years ago. The difference was remarkable which is amazing these days, where technology would seem to be topping off. I love this one.

Great picture. Outstanding clarity, color and contrast. Coupled the TV with a premium sound bar for a full room experience. Amazing.

One of the best pictures I've seen in a 4k tv. Only issue seems to be that sometimes it gets into a state where it will not turn on either by hand or with remote until I unplug it and plug it back in.

A year later and I still love this tv. Clear picture, easy to use, and the actual tv speakers don't sound too bad either.

The picture is just amazing, easy set up and remote is very small and minimal buttons which is nice but different

This TV is very good. Easy to set up and the picture is very clear. It replaces my other Samsung TV which is now in another room.

Upgraded from Q6fn the picture on Q80 is worth the upgrade .the brightness levels and side viewing angles really good.

Awesome pic and super easy set-up! Sound leaves a little to be desired, but I also purchased a Bose soundbar...

The TV is very nice, and the functions are very nice, however, the remote is frustrating if you accidentally hit one of the hot buttons for Netflix, Hulu or Amazon, it instantly pops you out of what you are watching.. this is very frustrating. Additionally, it would be nice if the remote application via the Samsung smart things app. is also disappointing. It would be nice to be able to adjust features without having to do it live on the screen, and via the menus within the app. Outside of that gorgeous picture.

Seems like good quality, good 4k tv. Good color depth, especially black colors.

Purchased this TV about 10 days ago and so far I am quite pleased. Top quality picture. One of my favorite things about this television is the wide range of viewing angles; the fact you can sit at angle and still appear as if you are looking straight on is impressive. Overall would highly recommend to anyone in the market for an upgrade. You can not go wrong with Samsung.

I was dragging my feet on whether to purchase last year's Q8 or this year's Q80. I decided to wait and get the Q80 on a good sale. I'm happy with this purchase and am glad I waited. The TV looks amazing. So bright and vivid colors. The anti-reflection screen is perfect for my bright room. I recommend this tv.

This set has an amazing picture. It is easy to set up initially and has numerous convenient built in apps.
