Good color contrasts with great sound quality. you might not need a soundbar. The only concern is the delayed response of apps and remote.

Picture quality is fantastic. We have a lot of windows in the room where we watch this TV. Sunlight glare is a non-issue now!! Vibrant colors!

Upgraded from an old 1080p TV and needless to say this is a dramatic improve. The color pops, the UI is great and setup is easy. I do need to some tweaking because the contrast enhancer doesn't look good for all media

We have had for a couple of weeks and have been happy with the set. Great detail. We have a bright room and we needed a bright tv to stand up to the ambient light. This set handles the brightness of the room very well. The picture quality is excellent, boarding on astounding. The picture is very"hot" particularly with green tones. We are not fanatics about our tv's (and don't game) but this set fits the bill for us. Best Buy support is excellent. We had a small issue that was addressed professionally, after a 30 minute wait on the phone.,

Wow, Samsung does it again! Fantastic color and very realistic picture. Simple to set up and get programed with Netflix account.

We had the same model but two years younger go bad. Screen started turning gray. We have always had Samsung TV's and that was the first time we have ever had a problem. Called Greek Squad and used the protection plan. Our exact year and model were no longer available so we were sent this Samsung in place of it. Great TV. Past Samsung TV's have always had a sound issue (too low) but this one is excellent. No need for external speakers any longer (unless you have a home theater of course). Color and clarity are awesome as well.

Outstanding, clear picture. Located in a room with large windows and there is very little glare. Set up team was excellent and patient.

After much tweaking picture is very good. Sound is horrid! Volume cannot be easily controlled and reverberation is horrific. So annoying I turn TV off and read a book. The most rinky-dink, Dollar Store quality, remote control is supplied, almost useless. One must constantly refer to the online e-manual to receive any information about using the Tv and remote. User Manual in English is all on one sheet of paper. I have bought Sony TVs for years and am so very sorry I returned a new 950H Sony for this Samsung TV. DON"T BUY IT FROM BEST BUY whatever you decide!

Great picture, average sound, set up wasn’t difficult. The remote control takes some getting use to, I use my xfinity remote most of the time. No instruction manual, the online manual takes some getting use to.

3rd Samsung Smart TV in our home. Beautiful picture. Easy to use. We would have switched brands if they weren’t so great!

The original reason we looked at the Q80T was because we needed a single base for support. It seems most TVs these days come only with support feet at each end, which would not work with where we need to place it. That said, I think the Q80T has the best picture I have ever seen on a 55 inch set. The audio is, however, mediocre. That was corrected by purchasing a Q60T sound bar. Over all, the cost was a bit over what I had planned on spending, but I am happy with the purchase.

I just purchased a samsung 65 in crystal tv 3 months ago. And now i just got my first samsung 55in qled tv the picture is just near perfect compared to the crystal tv. Dont get me wrong I do love both tvs but the qled gives off better quality. Great for watching movies and gaming. tv also come with a lot of features for example 4 hdmi ports where the crystal came with two hdmi ports this tv may cost twice as much than the crystal tv but worth it if your about high quality in picture and more highly reccommend

Fantastic TV. Already owned UHD MU8000 from 4 years ago and the quality on this product is stunning, especially for gaming!!

An excellent TV with a wide array of features and four HDMI inputs. One of the few out there still available with a traditional pedestal stand. Relatively painless setup and totally seamless integration with the Samsung HW-Q70T eARC sound bar. Picture quality is outstanding, without visual artifacts or lag. The one thing I don't particularly care for is built-in voice assistant functions (like "Alexa"). Set them all to "off" during initial configuration - hopefully off means completely off.
