Great TV I've been using Samsung TVs for years now. Great 4K can't really say too much about the sound because I use a Samsung soundbar. The only thing I don't like is the free movie and TV show ad that I can't get rid of other than that is a great TV.

We are very pleased with our new 55" Q80T. The picture is so great that sometimes it appears that the people on the screen are almost lifelike. The sound is also excellent. Could not be more pleased.

I had been watching the Samsung 55" HDTV for several years and decided to upgrade to the Q80 series. Best Buy had the item ready ahead of schedule and made picking it up in the parking lot very easy. The TV has excellent picture and sound. Good purchase.

Excellent picture quality. Needed no major picture adjustment. My first Samsung television and so far so good. The sales staff at Best Buy was excellent and took their time to explain the differences of all the televisions we looked at.

Love the tv, I have had zero problems with it, the picture is great and the smart platform is super easy to navigate. Bought it mainly cause I got a Series X and it has all the new gaming features you could want.

TV is very nice. I bought this tv to utilize all graphic features ion my Xbox series X. I feel that the tv is great for a bright room. In a darker room TV is very bright sometimes too bright. Colors are clean and clear. Great Buy still, yeh

Sales information to include audible, clarity and color to the actual installation was way above average. The salesman's knowledge to the professional installation was well received. The unit itself is the perfect size and easy to use.

We love our new Samsung 4K Smart TV! It's a great update from our old one. Great picture, sound, & new features. It was easy to set up. The 55" model is just the right size for our living room. We are very happy with this purchase.

The TV has an amazing picture and has a HDMI 2.1 for 4K 120FPS, for the new Xbox and PlayStation, it’s future proof and it’s one of the cheapest one you can find with a 2.1 port.

I am very satisfied with the picture quality. I also like the stand being in the middle which makes it compatible with a variety of stands. I'm still exploring all the features. So far I have no complaints or suggestions for improvement.

Love this tv! So many outstanding features and the picture quality is excellent. Installation was a breeze with Best Buy techs who were in and out in 30 minutes. Excellent service and product. Would highly recommend this to.

Does a great job enhancing SDR content and HDR shines. Lack of Dolby Vision isn't a dealbreaker until we're seeing screens that reach 10,000 nits. Tizen OS is responsive and easy to manage, linking a Samsung account is recommended to enhance the exerpience. A single HDMI 2.1 is less than ideal but my PS5 is shining in port 4, if you're looking for more on a Samsung set the only way would be a receiver with HDMI 2.1 passthrough. This t.v. replaced my 2017 Vizio M series and the difference is night and day. I did have my old t.v. under geeksquad protection and was issued credit when it broke. The Samsung was also on sale bringing it closer to the Pricepoint of the Sony X900H which you may want to consider for a room if you don't need to worry about glare/reflections or viewing angles.

Best TV I've ever owned. The picture quality is amazing, the remote is fantastic and the features are endless. Love the fact I can airplay directly to the TV and the internet browser is amazing in every way.

Easy to set up and would recommend to purchase good picture

I'm extremely happy with my new Samsung QLED tv! The picture is very sharp, and even in the room I have it, which is a little bright. I'm also glad I went up from 46" to 55". Watching movies and sports is awesome.

This is an awesome QLED TV! A sharp clear picture from any angle and any brightness In the room. All the bells and whistles you could ask for. If you are looking for above average, buy this Samsung and you won’t be disappointed!

Great TV, great features for my XSX to get the full potential of it. Has glitches where the Samsung TV locks the picture into the top left. Hard to describe but it can be annoying if done on accident. Great interface, lots of compliments on the picture quality. Definitely a high 4, would be 5 if not for the glitches that occur

Great TV. Sound is great without a sound bar. However, the remote stopped working and they ordered me a new one but its the wrong one. So I have to go back to Best Buy (again) to have them send me the correct one.
