TV was fairly easy to hook up to my receiver, satellite, and internet. Ease of use; takes a little to figure it all out. Every electronic item is different. Trust Samsung for their quality...this replaced a 10 year old Samsung. The downside is there is no longer the video or S-cable ports or more than 1 hdmi port which for most may not be a problem but can be if you have older equipment that still works and now you can't use.

Great sound. No need for a sound bar. Good OS system. Have not needed to reset this tv since I bought it. My old vizio had to be reset almost weekly. Great tv.

1st smart tv I ever had. I am 74 yrs young. I love it and is EASY learn and use. Geek Squad delivered and set it up and instructed me. Wonderful experience over all.

Almost a year later and I love my TV. It looks great watching movies and playing PS5. The only major downside is the remote… the buttons are wayyyy too sensitive and almost always registers a double-click where it shouldn’t have.

The Q80T has been great for gaming as well as watching movies and streaming on the built in apps or on PS5. The new PS5 firmware has enabled 4K with HDR and 120hz to all be utilized at once on this TV. HGIG when calibrating the HDR on the PS5 is a little tricky for this TV due to the local dimming feature. This can be resolved by setting the peak brightness on that PS5 calibration screen to 15 clicks above the lowest setting. Other than that, I haven’t had any gripes with this TV. The HDR is still great in game mode, and the performance of the TV in game mode is awesome.

We love this TV. Picture is beautiful. The remote was a little challenging at first because it's so different from the old fashion kind, but we've adjusted.

Love the TV. Beautiful picture, great sound. Geek squad was terrific and setting up the TV. On the pricey side but still a beautiful TV that were very pleased with.

This is our third Samsung TV. Each a bit larger than the previous. This 55" model works well. Vivid colors. Cool Bixby command speak. Many extra Samsung stations.

Best quality tv I’ve ever purchased. Crispy pic quality for gaming and watching sports/shows/movies. Also cool features with Samsung app.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this TV. Best picture ever. Price was a little more than most tv’s , but well worth it. Also, I wanted a pedestal base so it would fit my tv stand.

Nice picture quality, but Tizen falls way short of a comparable Sony Bravia with Android. With Samsung you would have to add A Roku or AppleTV. An the Samsung is already more expensive than Sony.

Could not be more pleased with the purchase, delivery, and set up of our TV. It was honestly a joy and we celebrate the smooth trouble free experience.

Easy to set up, easy to use, and great for gameplay on Xbox series x. Overall, really happy with my purchase.

Nice picture. Has trouble with some of built-in Apps. I use YoutubeTV and if I use the TVs app it sometimes freezes. Can switch to Firestick when that happens and YouTube TV works fine o I just stopped using built in apps and use my Firestick.

Just to start off with the only one problem I've had so far, is the when the TV is turned on it takes some time for the TV to respond with the remote. Other than that first 3 seconds, the app load time is great with short load times. My favorite feature is connecting phone to the TV to play music and has special backgrounds in the ambient screen to prevent screen burning. The sound adaptation for the room volume is really responsive but sometimes gets confused when a TV show or movie yells and it increases volume the next line in response. Overall I like it more than my 4K UHD Tv from 2017.

Our first new Samsung in eight years and a great upgrade to QLED and “smart” technology. Sharper picture and colors with an easy to use remote for streaming access.

Wonderful tv! Easy set up. HDR looks bright and vibrant. I use it for PS5 and and movies, and the picture quality and responsiveness is top notch.

Ill start by saying this is a fantastic tv! Hdmi 4 is for game mode, and will turn itself off and on while playing Xbox which blacks out the screen (also read this happens with ps4.) May be because im not using original xbox HDMI, idk, after researching sounds like Samsung needs to do a patch to fix this, doesn't happen often, but still happens. Besides that I love it, also cool samsung offers a handful of free channels with their tvs.

Great graphics, 4k shines through. Excellent for playstation 4 and 5 with dedicated hdmi 2.1 port and audio return port. No regrets on purchase.
