Love the set do not like the remote control. There is no last channel button and the thing quit working on both my tv's within the last two weeks. Also bought a sound system for one set and you can't control it through the remotes.

What a great television! Best picture, good sound and most of all.... I like the pedestal stand. That alone makes this a 5 star purchase for me!

TV looks amazing. I love it. I wasn't too keen on spending that kind of money, but when you replace a TV probably once every 7-8 years it's worth it.

Coming from a Samsung 46 inch led that is 10 years old, this was somewhat disappointing. This does NOT do well for sports, has a dirty screen effect (DSE) which was very bothersome. I know Samsung is going to respond and tell me to adjust this and that, but I already tried so many different settings/combos, and to no avail. My wife thought I was crazy with all the extra time/effort I put in trying to get this TV right. I wanted to love this tv as I have always been a Samsung guy. Yes the color is good for the kids movies but I still saw some dirty screen in the center of the TV. How is that possible when my 10 year old tv doesn’t have any issues with sports or (DSE)? Aren't we suppose to be moving forward with technology? Seems like TVs are now designed for Movies and Gamers only. Granted I didn’t play any video games on the TV, which is might be great at, but that’s not what I’m looking for. Best Buy was great at accepting my TV return, hence I’ll only buy from them.

I’m so glad I bought this TV at Best Buy I had to replace it and they get it they replace the TV for me at no cost to me even got a better TV

TV is great. The 4K is great and I can see a complete difference in game play from my PS4 to PS5. So much more clear and way sharper. Love it.

First samsung tv, and is very enjoyable watching stuff on it. Planning to get a ps5 soon to test out the gaming aspect of this tv.

We have been so pleased with this. Beautiful picture and remote doesn't have a ton of buttons. On screen navigation is user friendly.

Great TV with a beautiful picture and a number of apps. Only downside is smart view from my Samsung phone to the TV is slower than I expected.

This TV seems to be true so far from the ratings I reviewed online and from customer service at Best Buy. Really enjoy the TV so far. Easy setup.

Great color and picture quality, not great for constantly sunny or bright rooms because of the rainbow banding effect lights seem to have across the screen. It also doesnt like to screen mirror when requested until it is restarted.

This product is of high quality, great overall value price. Very detailed color and image perfect. Perfect size for living room or den space in home.

I love almost everything about this television. The picture is great, the sound, not as great. I highly recommend purchasing the tv. but get a sound bar to go with it.

Great TV! It gets a WOW! ;o) Picture quality is excellent. We still like the sound of using a sound bar with this TV but you wouldn't need one.

The picture on this TV – especially from 4K sources – is gorgeous! I’ve always been a fan of Samsung TVs and they keep getting better. I can’t speak to the sound because I run it through my A/V receiver. I also like the simplified remote.

Samsung 55" QLED Q80T TV has a very good picture. Stand could be more stable. Sometimes voice is slightly out of synchronization with picture. Overall a quality TV but expensive.
