    We had to replace our main TV & do all our electronic shopping at Best Buy. Since we were forced to shop during the pandemic we were a bit skeptical however we were very happy how organized Best Buy was and very happy with our delivery & set-up.

    Overall this is a good TV, but I really had to work on the settings to get it to look good. I still don’t think I have it I in the best picture settings as it still tends to be too dark during dark scenes. If not for the difficulty getting it to look this good I would have rated it a “5”. The Tizen interface is great and has plenty of features.

    Q80T falls behind Hisense H9G in picture quality - dark room watching shows raised blacks. It's an upgrade over the Sony X900H but not by much. For a similar price get either the Vizio PQX or Hisense H9G. I do like Tizen OS over either Hisense Android or Vizio Smartcast.

    Receiving the audio and video set up for our new Samsung TV is a great purchase. Having Bryan our personal buyer and coordinator has been a wonderful experience. Can’t wait to get it all set up by your geek squad!

    My previous TV stopped working in the afternoon. After some research to determine which TV I wanted to replace my old one, I was able to order this TV at a local Best Buy and pick it up at the curbside the next day.

    From what I’ve experienced so far this unit is as advertised. The black levels are as black as can be expected. Have not noticed any motion blur. Great quality and features for the price. Operation is intuitive.

    Amazing tv with a simple and intuitive set up. Plug in your devices thru hdmi and the tv recognizes it and lets most things work with th tv remote reducing how many remotes you need. The picture is awesome too.

    I'm so happy I got this! Did alot of research before getting this especially with the whole Hdmi 2.1 & 120hz confusion that's been going on. Definitely like the gaming features for the Xbox Series X.

    this was the tv i wanted due to the feature it came with. one feature was being able to stream from your phone while you watch TV from split screens. this years model is the only TV with this technology.

    Best Buy in home installation was amazing. They worked as a team with great customer service and professionalism. They walked you through the TV setup and answered all 1000 of my wife's questions!

    We had originally ordered a Sony TV, but on the day of scheduled delivery found our that it was not available. We were offered the Samsung for its replacement, same cost, just not a brand we were familiar with. The installation and set up went fast and we are happy with its performance.

    Great TV that unfortunately suffers from ghosting issues during gaming or dark content. Some have said this could be a panel issue that can be hit or miss per TV. Please note, this TV is perfrect for TV/Movie consumption.

    I have had several freeze ups on accessing the internet and sound going off requiring a reboot. Picture is sharp and clear excellent colors.

      I am glad that you are happy with the picture performance of your Q80T QLED Smart TV.

      To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu.
      Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care.
      This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.

      Please also check that your TV is running the latest firmware.
      Using your TV's remote, navigate to Settings, and select Support. Select Software Update, and then select Update Now. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. If there aren't any new updates, select OK to exit.

      You may want to enable automatic updates for conveniences.
      Select Settings- Support- Software Update, then select Auto Update.

    The TV functions okay and the Smart feature appears to work properly. I'm not sure the sound is as good as the reviews I read before buying this TV said it was. However the TV has not been mounted on the wall like my old one was, so I'm not sure if the will make a difference?
