We already had the same size TV mounted on a universal wall mount. When it came it needed special screws that it didnt have them with it. Not a problem, we'll just run to Best Buy and buy them if they have them, right? We called Best Buy FOUR times, were transferred around, connected to wrong departments, put on hold for over 40 minutes, hung up on, etc. could not even be put through to the store we purchased it at to find out if we can just buy the samsung VESA screws there to mount the TV. Also called Comcast all day, and they said they could not connect their remote to this TV, even though we have a new comcast box, and this was a new TV. Absolutely never got through to anyone at Best Buy who could answer a simple question. Spend the whole day calling and frustrated. Finally drove all the way to a friendly hardware store, got replacement screws (that they weren't sure were the correct size), and drove home - all still on hold for Best Buy. All day wasted and another miserable customer service experience. Finally a high schooler found a way to make Comcasts remote work, even though advanced customer tech support at Comcast couldnt. Wasted a whole Saturday, and by the end too frustrated to enjoy new TV.

I have been a fan on Samsung TVs for 25 years. This TV had just as much judder issues on the Hallmark channel as the 7 series Samsung TV I tried. I have a 55" Samsung 7100 4K TV that I got a few years ago in another room and it has a better picture and no judder. Looks like they are putting cheaper processors in their TVs now. I returned it and got the Sony X950H which has no judder issues.
