In fact, Samsung is the only brand I would ever purchase. My last Samsung TV had 7 reflectors that had fallen, thus causes white bright spots. I was very disappointed in this TV and was seriously thinking about switching brands. However, after doing research I decided to stick with Samsung and purchased this TV. Don't get me wrong, the picture quality is beautiful, but the processor leaves a lot to the imagination! We disconnected from cable several years ago and have been very satisfied with the Amazon Firestick. This TV's apps are horrendous! They don't work, I have to reset the TV multiple times a day. Works fine if I plug in the Firestick, which only confirms the TV is very subpar. I am taking this inferior TV back and I ordered another brand. Very disappointed in Samsung, where has their quality gone?

I am sorry that you are experiencing Apps issue.
To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu.
Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care.
This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.
I hope this helps to solve your concerns.
