We upgraded from an older 47” Visio to this 55” Samsung and couldn’t be happier. We got a lot of valuable information from Trevor at the Annapolis store to make sure we were getting what we wanted. This tv was in stock, easy to set up, has a great picture, and is easy to negotiate between tv and games and apps. I would highly recommend this tv.

I purchased this QLED TV not knowing what to expect . After taking it out of its box and following the directions , it was easy to mount the stand . I set up all the connections and turned it on . What a beautiful , crystal clear picture I ever seen . The colors were amazing and I didn’t even have to adjust anything . I’m very happy with my smart TV !!!

I had been looking for a long time for a smart Samsung television with a center stand that would fit on my 3-foot table, and when I saw this television on-line I knew I had to have it. Because I don't have a truck or vehicle large enough to put it in if I were to pick it up at the store, I instead elected to have it delivered. When it was delivered, I was surprised that the delivery person did not set it up for me, just deliver he said. But when I unboxed it, put it on my table, hooked up all my component cables (cable, TiVo, VCR, BluRay Player) and turned it on, I was surprised how easy it was to set up. Smart TV indeed, walks you through everything that even a novice like me could understand. HD colors just jump out at you and the television audio is perfect. Also has 4 convenient HDMI slots and 2 USB slots. I would highly recommend this television to anyone looking for a large screen and easy to assemble TV. Samsung is the best.

Upgraded from q60 to q80. Refresh rate much better. Controls easy to use. Beautiful look. Happy with Samsung qled.

I love this TV for gaming. Also very good for watching TV movies. Sound is great on it. Love to listen to it using bluetooth headphones as well. Had some wifi connectivity issues at first. Either unplugging it and plugging back in OR holding down the power button on the remote until it rebooted fixed the issue. Been fin ever since.

The QLED, Q80 Series delivers a wonderful truly high definition quality picture. The sound also has been greatly improved compared to the original Samsung we had. This is a smart set and is user friendly from the controls aspect. I would recommend this set if you want quality at a fair price. I feel sure you will love this product.

excellent color, sounds great, and easy to operate

I waited 13 years for a new tv. This was already $100 off and when it dropped an additional $150 I HAD to snatch it. Grabbed it for gaming and it hasn’t disappointed. I bought a sound bar but the base speakers are great and the action on screen is fluid and fantastic with the refresh rate. Can’t recommend enough!

The TV looks great; new apps are easy to download; pre-existing apps are easy to delete or hide. It's an overall fun TV to watch and experience. The SlingTV app isn't as good as the one I can use on Google Chromecast. Despite having 50+ Mbps to the TV via an ethernet cable, the SlingTV app will get grainy and I have to change the channel back and forth to get it to reset. I downloaded programming apps to watch in place (i.e. ESPN, Fox Sports, etc.)

I’m happy with the Q80. It has noticeably superior sound and picture quality compared to non Samsung QLEDs (I also own a Samsung 4K series 7, which is good TV as well.) In hindsight I wish I had went with the Q90. My thought process now is: I already spent a lot of money for the #2 model, why not just budget stretch for the #1 option? I will say I’m disappointed by the upscaling feature. I think I just expected more from it based on my thorough research. Native 4K content looks amazing, but upscaled HD content from steaming apps and satellite TV is noticeably not as sharp. It’s still a good image, but clearly not 4K. I would argue that watching native HD content on my HD Insignia TV from 10 years ago would provide a crisper image than the same content being upscaled on the Q80. Maybe I need to readjust a setting, but it is disappointing if this can’t be corrected.

This is my first 4K TV and I use it mainly for Playing game son my PS4 Pro. The quality of picture from 1080 to 4K is amazing. Can't hardly believe how much more clear the picture is. No input lag either, which is one of the main reasons I chose this model. More expensive than others, but definitely worth it!

If your in the market for a new high quality TV and don’t mind paying for the quality. Then this is the television for you. High quality picture & sound. Easy to use and set up. I am very happy with this purchase. Also the staff at Best Buy in Union Square, NY is excellent at what they do and should be commended.

Like that stand has only one piece. Lots to learn about this QLED 80 TV. 55 inch screen is perfect for living room. Disappointed that MLB app is no longer compatible with Samsung TV. Had to search Internet for troubleshooting how to make Disney+ applicable for the TV. Easy to fix this issue.

I started out with another competitors brand but when that didn't work out for me I opted up to this Q80. All I can say is WOW ! The picture is stunning, the UI is intuitive, and the connectivity is everything you need it to be. Very pleased with this purchase and I don't think you can get any better picture short of going to the more expensive OLED. The only issue I encountered was a changed mounting configuration from my previous Samsung. This one did not fit the TV stand as well, but with a little re-engineering we adapted the stand to accommodate. Just something to consider before you buy.

Bought this for my mother in law. She needs an intelligent design. This TV was easy to set up and works well with her cable. The only down side for her is there are no numbers on the remote to change channels. It is done via numbers that pop up on the screen. This can be cumbersome.

I love my Samsung 55" smart TV. The size is perfect for my room and the colors are fantastic. The technician from Best Buy was perfect. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful. He installed the TV for me, set up the various apps so I was able to enjoy my TV immediately.

I love this TV. I've been following the QLED line and didn't have the money all these years. Finally, was able to afford one. Everything from movies to gaming is crystal clear and the refresh rate/and Frames react very well. Glad I made my purchase. Now for another one....

Great image quality, decent sound. Impressed with the level of packaging protection, simple remote, and options interface. Would have preferred to still have the option for component video input and an illuminated remote like my older Samsung TV, but overall very happy with.

The picture is fantastic. I've had a lot of compliments on this TV. It practically sets it's self up. I'm not a technical person and always need help setting up new TV's. Not this time. it discovered my devices and apps seamlessly. I'm very happy with this TV. What a great buy this was.

The Q80T is a very nice TV. The picture is razor sharp and the colors are the most vidid that I have seen on any TV. I have viewed the colors and movies on Sony and other TVs and they don't hold a candle to the Q80T. Overall, it just a superb TV in all categories!
