The TV was delivered at the time agreed to and was received in good condition. The box had no shipping damage, as was the components inside. The assembly instructions were vague, but I did figure out how to assemble the stand to the TV. The lack of a manual did not help things and the PDF download was a general information for several different models of TV. You end up having to try things to figure them out. The smart functions of the TV say some things are free, but when you select them, they show a price of the show or movie you selected. It would be nice if they included a information sheet telling you which are actually free and which are subscription services. Since I have cable, I've not used the smart functions except to figure out how they work. Over all, the TV works very well, but the user information is just not there. If your used to using smart TVs, you should not have any major problems, but for me its been push a button, see what happens. This was not what I expected spending that much money for a top line TV.

Easy to set up by purchaser. Excellent color. Has a wide viewing area without the usual color fade out at the edges. Reduced glare from windows. We like it very much.

Really good tv would recommend to friends and family... I got the 55 inch which is fine for an apartment living room good specs on the TV great picture as well.

This is a great TV. I own 3 from this series in different sizes for different locations in my house. The set up is pretty easy if you get the app, but can be slightly confusing the first time. They clearly spent a lot of time trying to make it user friendly, but there are non-obvious controls. For example, to remove an app from the "home" base bar, you need to press and hold the centre button on your controller. Not obvious at all. After you get the hang of it, it works really well. The image quality is fantastic and very good blacks and darks, even in moderate light.

Happy overall with this television. Not a big fan of the remote, haven’t had a good track record over the years with this general type of Samsung remote. But, for the most part, satisfied with the quality and ease of use when navigating the menus.

TV has been excellent so far. Picture is crisp and clear. I'm using it primarily as a TV for a new Xbox Series X and the games look great on it. Very happy so far.

This is the perfect blend of TV for a user who wants to play games and watch NETFLIX / HULU. You won't need any additional items like Apple TV or anything because the TV comes with a Samsung Operating System type thing which allows you to access all these. It makes it very easy for you to connect to the services you like. It also allows you to connect to a 5GHZ wifi spectrum, which is great for picture quality. Remote is easy to use and the picture quality is great. 10/10 would recommend.

The quality of the picture is excellent and the television is very easy to maneuver with the different options that it offers. It’s a great investment for me.

The Samsung 55” Q807 series smart TV has a beautiful picture. Very user friendly . I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants good quality picture.

for gaming good 4k details and good color. good motion handling for a tv. hdr gaming on older games is a little off. hdr gaming on newer games seem good, so like a mixed bag for hdr gaming. so final thoughts are the tv is worth $850

Great tv, bought it for ps5. So far on the ps4 pro it’s great, colors are there brightness isn’t a problem & very configurable. Next best thing to OLED!

Samsung - 55"- QLED Q80 Series - 4K UHD TV - Smart - LED - with HDR I am so happy with this TV. My prior TV was also a Samsung, in fact it was a much earlier and smaller version of this TV. The picture quality and and featured are amazing. I hesitated because of the price but 100% happy I took the plunge and purchased this 55" screen Samsung. I got a great price from Best Buy. I recommend this TV to anyone that wants great picture quality in a high quality, reliable TV.

I bought this TV specifically for gaming and as a monitor for my PC. It's sitting on my 4x8 desk. I was afraid it would be too big and too close but for me it isn't at all. This TV has 120hz refresh which will pair well with the 3080/90 nvidia cards utilizing HDMI 2.1. So far this TV is perfect for my needs. The only downside has been the glossy screen but I'm generally in a dark room so not a deal breaker for me but for others it might pose problems.

Great tv. Very crisp tv and cant wait for the ps5 to come out. The only problem I had with the tv was that for some reason it dident come with a remote.

When my old LED started to bite the dust, I started researching my next TV. After a week or so of checking reviews and ratings, I decided to go with the Samsung Q80T mainly because of the good reviews and because my last Samsung was a good purchase. Not at all disappointed. Great picture, even from side angles. We have some windows in our living room, but the Q80T also does a great job of limiting room glare on the screen. So I'm really glad I did my research, because the reviews weren't wrong. It's a great TV.

Happy with my purchase. Love the picture quality, colors, and ease of use. While the TV speakers are not bad I enjoy the TV more with my sound bar.

Finally decided to replace my seven-year-old Samsung with a new QLED model. The difference in picture quality is astounding. Really love the crisp colors and the improved speed of the interface. I would give the purchase 5 stars, but it does have an annoying habit of resetting my audio output selection after I shut it off. It will default to TV speakers after I have set it for the sound bar. Also, there doesn’t seem to be a way of setting up for the television speakers and Bluetooth headphones to both work simultaneously. I have a bit of a hard time hearing, so wear the headphones while my wife listens to the television. If it wasn’t for the sound bar, we wouldn’t be able to do that. It’s a bit annoying, but not a deal breaker. Besides that, we live the tv.

I am not a professional or TV enthusiast :) That being said, I am blown away by the picture quality, deep blacks, 4k sharpness, and (surprisingly) above average speakers. The 55 inch fits perfectly in my living room (with default stand). Playing switch and ps5 is a pleasure on this TV (has game mode functionality). Moving from a 4k 43 inch TCL to this majestic beast really made me see see the benefits of premium class TVs. Build quality is very good (plastic), I don't see myself upgrading any earlier than in 2-4 years
