Very nice tv. Paid a little more for the 120 refresh rate but it’s so worth it. Nice picture and great for watching sports and tracking the ball.

Best Buy employees appear to be well trained in electronics. They were able to help us decide which TV was best suited to our needs. I wanted a Samsung due to a positive history with the brand. The QLED appears to good enough for now, but the OLED is on our radar. Happy with Samsung purchase. 55 inches is perfect in our bedroom and connects to Bose headphones wirelessly…..and you can connect 2 if that’s what works for your hearing impaired partner.

I couldn’t be happier with this TV. Beautiful and clear picture, great sound. At first a Best Buy sale rep steered me in the wrong direction and I bought a QLED Samsung TV. The picture was horrible. I tried for hours to dial in a good picture and I just gave up and returned it. I then got this OLED Samsung and it’s amazing.

The best by far i have ever had or seen for the price range. the apps everyone already Use are pre downloaded and accessible is right there! It comes with alexa or bixby app which make using the remote pointless but if you are a gen x like me there’s just something weird about not using it but no more replacing batteries because it has a rechargeable battery just flip the remote over and the room light charges them with its solar panel! All and all this tv is worth every penny spent great features and great picture quality make this tv a must buy.

great TV for the price, easy set up, easy functionality

Our new Q85 55" Samsung QLED tv replaces our 7 yr old 55" Samsung tv. The new Samsung has satisfied our simple needs: internet you-tube, live tv, and music. Wow, the picture quality, color, sharpness, stereo sound, and size fit wonderfully in our home. I hope we can get 7-10 years with this Samsung product. You will be surely satisfied with the price at Best Buy! Df

Bery happy with the purchase of my Samsung tv. From beginning of picking up at local best buy to install and setup,everything was very simple and step by step throughout process. Wall mount was smooth with the light weight of tv to the accessible input/outputs in spot that wont hinder the setup.Highly recommend

The colors are brilliant. Streaming works very rapidly when loading the apps. The TV is very light and easy to set up.

The TV itself is great-nice picture. The remote is terrible so I knocked off a star.

Our LG 4k tv died after just 5 years. Went in looking at the Samsung model lower than this one. I was so glad I went with this model. Setup was easy, using the smart phone to set it up. With the higher refresh rate, my PS5 looks better. Also the tv boots up faster. Only complaint is when using the Bluetooth connection, to our sound bar, not much volume comes through.

Was watching TV on my 12-year old Samsung 55" TV when suddenly with a loud bang (sounded like a firecracker) the screen went black and would not turn back on. Well, time for a new one. Went to my local Best Buy the next day and saw this TV. Installation was very easy and I was watching my shows in no time. Picture quality is fantastic. I plugged in my sound bar and I'm good to go. This is a great TV and the price was right, it was on sale. Sansung makes great TVs.

Wonderful picture quality. Setup was fairly easy. Has multiple HDMI ports to allow connection with several different AV devices.

I love this TV. As a Samsung TV lover, this is a great middle of the road TV. The colors are great, and I love that it will auto switch input when I turn my game console on our wake up my Apple TV.

Samsung tvs are top of the class. I enjoy the clear picture, smart home options and the quality of technology. It’s accessible and has AI assistance. Compatible with all my devices and needs. Samsung TV offers built in 100s of channels which I prefer to cable or streaming at times. Overall this is my second smart Samsung tv in the last 10 years and it’s worth it.
