I purchased this open box TV and saved over $100. The store staff helped me load the TV into my vehicle. Set up was very easy and straight forward. I am enjoying my new TV.

I love the new Samsung TV. The color is spectacular. My only complaint is that it turns on when I walk into my room. I have googled how to stop this and tried 4 different fixes without success.

Great TV for the price point. Thanks to the help in the store I found out about it over another lower priced model.

I have been using this new tv for a few weeks. Overall I am pleased with picture and the sound. Its a little quiet on the sound level. You have to turn it to a higher volume compared to my previous tv. It takes a little time to learn all of the user interface settings to adjust picture, brightness etc. Definitely a good purchase for someone looking for a smart tv with a quality picture without having to spend a fortune

Excellent tv for gaming has a solid refresh rate that doesn't lag behind even with fps.

At first, I wasn't thrilled with this TV but soon realized it wasn't the TV causing problems - it was Spectrum having trouble with their service. Once Spectrum finally got around to addressing their problem, I soon saw this TV is great! Love it!

We all know this isn't the fanciest TV you can buy, but it's a great tv for the price. It looks great, has a decent speaker, multiple HDMI ports. It's a solid buy for similar QLED TV's. I would buy it again. Samsung ismy choice for TV's. I have a OLED in the living room, and now this QLED in my bedroom. Both are great TV's

I recently bought the Samsung TV from Best Buy, and I’m extremely impressed with the stunning picture quality, clear sound, and smooth performance — definitely a great purchase! Just the remote is mini but it's ok.

This tv has been fantastic so far: the picture is excellent and the sound is actually decent for a tv with built-in speakers. Plus, there are so many features that I haven't been able to explore yet... Game Hub, what's that?

The settings menus are a bit confusing, and i don't like that it will automatically change from the home screen to a tv channel if i do nothing for 10 seconds after turning it on. Otherwise, it seems a solid product.

Great picture! We upgraded from a Samsung 32" BIG box TV set, which at 20 years of age still worked perfectly. Quite a change.

Set up was easy, connected to the internet in seconds and if you have the suite of Samsung Smart Things, it found our account and we were ready to go. Great picture, sound is better than average, but we have a sound bar so this is a non-issue.

My MIL’s Samsung TV needed to be replaced & we went to the local Best Buy to replace. Our experience was excellent & the staff was helpful. Setup was very easy & we were very impressed with the quality of the image.

The Q8F 55" TV has an super sharp picture . The color are briggt and precise. Sound quality is very good and I dont even have a sound bar. Do not think that you will find a better TV in this price point.
