Sales Rep was great! Gave us info to choose price range based on technology. So glad we chose Samsung QLED!

Disappointed that I cannot find sleep mode. Need to be able to easily control brightness of picture and elminate being blasted by high loudness of commercials. Customers like my husband and I want the flexibility to utilize this TV in different rooms as our viewing needs and preferences change.
