Beautiful TV
|Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Stunning&vivid picture quality, even older films/clips as it’s AI will upscale the picture. Along with voice commands, you won’t want any other brand besides Samsung. Super bright, even while being halfway up. Bought mine for my bedroom open box, got it for ~$800 and was spotless&new (this varies for every one, I got lucky!) love my QLED, super upgrade from my previous 1080p TV. Samsung’s remote is unique, being type c chargeable and having a solar panel on the back. Comes with Samsung TV Plus, pretty much a built in antenna with a couple hundred channels, 24/7. Super smart by having all the apps you’ll need, source detection, screen mirroring, a gaming menu where it can stream games online no console needed. Very pretty ambient standby art&landscape modes as well. The ability to multitask too, amazing! Paired it with a Q60B soundbar, super slim and packs a 5 channel punch without taking much room. Will continue to recommend Samsung over competitors!

Thumbs Up
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great TV. Picture quality is wonderful. I have windows in my living room and choose the QLED over OLED because of this lighting. Very happy with remote and the ease to switched between streaming and live TV.

Great TV sets itself up with little effort from Me
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This Samsung was delivered and placed inside by the deliveryman who was extremely polite. The unpacking and set-up was easy. Samsung has finally realized that they didn't need all of the buttons on the remote and that was a welcome change. This Samsung basically set itself up with little for me to figure out on my own. The features were just better than 4-5 years ago so the improvements in the functions are excellent. The issue that I dislike is that these tv's don't last because there are numerous issues with the screen burnout, lighting etc. The improvements have come a long way but there is always the issue of burnout. Luckily, the world puts videos on how to fix these tv's down to where you can get parts to fix our tv's so there is that going for us, the customers. I would never have dreamed of TV repairs but the LG that I bought from you previously has had major issues which left us having to buy another TV. Hopefully, I can replace the second board and that will fix it and we can use it as a backup. The Samsung mid to higher end TV's are at a great place in their development and they have made their setup flow seamlessly. I was even able to find the rest of the information that is there to read on the functionality of the remote because it's now small and easy to use. The voice activated remote has greatly improved the ability to find the things you are looking for in the tv. This tv is hands down better than a few years ago. I am a big fan but let's see how long this TV lasts. The only thing I dislike is the sound quality. I have to crank it up to 16-18 just to hear clearly when using roku. With this tv you really don't need roku but their are features you just can't get without using Roku. Hopefully, Samsung will do better with the sound apparatus instead of trying to get us to buy sound bars.

Very impressive!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was able to purchase this tv with a $1000 off! I actually went down in size from a 60 inch and thought it might not suit me. I was wrong, the set up was not difficult and once I made some video adjustments, the quality and clarity of the picture was surprisingly excellent. I cannot speak for the tv audio as I am running this through my surround sound but that audio is legit. Remote is easy to use a bit small but can be charged or left in the light for charging. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new tv to check this one out, it will not disappoint.

Password is the problem.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The picture is awesome. The remote control is very easy to navigate. The only problem I have is password for internet. It kept disconnects from the internet. I have to enter the password manually often. It is very frustrating.

Posted .HawaiiBoy,
We appreciate your feedback on connectivity, and for optimal performance, we ask that you please ensure you've got the latest firmware version installed on your QN90C TV. You can check this by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
If you're still having issues, you may also want to go through these steps to check your connection:
1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m).
2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (Wi-Fi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.)
3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test
4) Try a cold reboot of your TV by pressing and holding the power button for 5+ seconds until the TV turns off and on again.
I hope these tips help you enjoy your new product.
You can always contact us for further help at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week. Our LiveChat agents are also available by clicking on the ‘Support’ link on our website.

Absolutely Satisfied Customer.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am a cautious, concerned buyer of many things, but primarily electronics because, as soon as you but something, the manufacturer comes out with 'the next great thing'. We were looking to update a 12 year old Panasonic Plasma TV and started looking into LEDs, QLEDs, QNED, Neo-QLEDs, OELDs, etc. While you can get a new 4K TV for a reasonable price, once you get into the mini-led/OLED market, the price jumps dramatically, because the technology and picture quality is equally dramatic one you get into Neo-QLED/OLED territory. Once we saw them, there was no going back. While both are excellent, the reviews have Neo-QLE and OLED tvs rated very similar. We chose the Samsung QN90C for it's excellent, rich picture. We could have gone with either the QN85D or QN90D, as they are the newest version of these TVs, but I went with the 'minus-1' generation, as it provided us the same fantastic picture and almost the same features at a cost savings that I thought was acceptable. The other great thing that we found out was that the myriad or remotes that were previously required for all the connected devices has no completely gone away and we only need the one Samsung TV remote to control everything (sound bar, FireTV Stick, AppleTV, etc, etc) !!! I would recommend this TV to anyone out there looking for a new TV,...
