I bought this item June 30th so it is really to soon to critique other features. I am a samsung lifer so I am "expecting" this product to last. I rated this product with 4 stars because I "expected" better sound quality for this type of technology and brand.

I am so happy with my new TV! The color and sound are so much better - it's amazing. The Best Buy associate who told me about this TV is my new hero!

Picture is as expected for the price. The sound lacks a little depth but, for the price of this tv I can spend a little money on a sound bar and it will solve that problem.

Also, it starts on streaming channel and is tricky to get to cable. Had it 6 months and it just started going to black and staying there. Have to unplug to fix that too. Just Junk. Don't buy.

The only thing we weren't happy with was that it only had HDMI hookups but I suppose all new TVs are like that. Because of that we had to also buy a new receiver. All in all we do love the new TV though.

I wasn't a fan of the warranty before, but you never know what can happen, my old TV just stoped turning on one day and just a few months before my expiration date, I'm so happy I purchased the warranty. Now I have a free upgraded and better tv than before.
