Wonderful tv. Clear picture and crystal sound. We have Samsung tv all around my house.

TV picture is excellent, bright vibrant colors !! Setup was easy except TV opened to Samsung +. Had to call Samsung technical support to change this to my cable TV.

The picture on this TV is great and crystal clear. The only thing we weren't happy with was that it only had HDMI hookups but I suppose all new TVs are like that. Because of that we had to also buy a new receiver. All in all we do love the new TV though.

This was a warrantee replacement which exceeded my expectations, an upgrade from what I had before. I wasn't a fan of the warranty before, but you never know what can happen, my old TV just stoped turning on one day and just a few months before my expiration date, I'm so happy I purchased the warranty. Now I have a free upgraded and better tv than before.

Upgraded from a 10 year old tv. Works well and picture is clear. Easily mounted to the wall.

I purchased a 55" Samsung Tv which was delivered on the scheduled date, however the tv was not installed as requested and when techs came to install it , they discovered that the screen had been damaged. So it was reported to Best Buy and they sent out another tv and a tech to install it at no charge. All is good thanks to Best Buy and the Geek Squad. Thank You.

Picture quality is great; Setup s a little difficult due to the lack of instructions. Once you get to the right selection in setup the TV does the rest. Ease of use is OK, not the best for working with AT&T cable

I like my new tv. Best buy has always been a great place for me to purchase my electronics for 20 plus years. The only complaint i have is with the remote that comes with the new tv's now!! They are too small and don't have enough explained buttons. I Hate using it.

The TV is just super, the colors are bright and saturated, the menu is convenient, the connection is fast. The main thing is that it is a 2025 model.

Excellent Television, couldn't like it more. Better than the T.V., staff on-site were fast, friendly, and helpful. All in all a 10/10 experiences.

This TV is something that everyone should. It is what I needed and enjoy. If anyone need a smart TV, this is the one that I recommend.
