All arrived as expected! The TV works perfectly and the free bezel is pefect. It’s very slim and understated. I’ll upgrade to a gold frame eventually. It’s so slim and sits on top of my fireplace like a real piece of art !

I purchased this TV a few weeks ago from BB but apparently it was not sold by Best buy but a third party marketer. Beach Camera. The product was shipped much quicker than expected. Geek squad was scheduled at the time of purchase to install today. When they arrived to hang the TV there was a problem with the install and could not be hung properly. I immediately contacted BB within minutes to arrange a return. I was told this has to be returned to Beach Camera.l. Beach camera is now refusing to accept the return stating I am outside BB 15 day return policy. What 15 day return policy? and besides it was supposed to be delivered last friday not 2 weeks ago. i want this picked up and I want a full refund . By the way the frame is a cheap peice of metal. Not at all what is pictured. If this is not rectifed immediately I will contact Samsung and the Better Business Bureau. And of course my credit card company.
