This is the most disgustingly opulent monitor you can possibly get. Better than VR. Insane resolution insane refresh rate. Only problem is i need to upgrade to a 7900xtx because my 3080 doesn't have any ports that can drive this monitor at full resolution and refresh rate. Not even a 4090 has the DP 2.0 port needed to get the full refresh and resolution.

Best of the best. VESA arm mount is an issue if you don’t buy a strong arm. Front heavy so need help with installation. Great resolution but most gpus cannot fully take the most of the refresh rate so essentially future proofing for next gen gpus. (Only amd top cards have display port to handle the data rate for this monitor)

Go big or go home! I absolutely love this monitor. I work from home and run many programs at once. This allows me to seemlessly move between programs without having to go from screen to screen. Must nicer with one big screen. Definitely recommend.

The Samsung 57” Odyssey Neo G9 is an absolute powerhouse. The Dual 4K Mini‑LED panel delivers stunning brightness, deep contrast, and incredibly sharp detail. The ultra‑wide 32:9 view transforms gaming and productivity, making multitasking effortless and immersive. Motion is smooth, HDR is exceptional, and the build quality feels premium. A true next‑level display.

Do you really need a 57” inch monitor for this price I bought it when it was $800 dollars off. No you don’t need it I personally like being closer to the screen when I play games but I have to sit back and this is a whole lot of screen. I like the fact you can split screen

Overall great monitor, picture is amazing!! Very large and heavy, recommend getting help to setup. This monitor feels just right in size, 49” model feels very short compared to the 57”. Only cons would be the supplied display and hdmi are very short and majority of the cables are hidden under rear panel, so suggest investing in longer display cables. Recommend at least 6-10ft cable for optimal PC placement. I would recommend this monitor to just about anyone and for any use whether it be game play or a work setting.

this is a nice step up from the previous model. the resolution vertically is now more like a standard monitor, rather than only 80% of the screen being visible. It's running an insane 7680x2160 resolution ... which will likely push your video card past its limits. I'm powering it with a 4070Ti at full resolution and refresh rates. (~120hz) one thing to note though, is these new OLED displays are bright on their own ... with HDR enabled, its almost excessive when playing some games. its like staring into a torch after awhile, so I simply disabled all the window HDR settings and much better.

This monitor is amazing and I honestly prefer using it over VR. Games look amazing on it and are super immersive. Display is wider and taller then the 49". Using it for production is pure insanity, the amount of windows I can open on this bad boy is crazy. I recommend a monitor arm if your desk isn't very deep.

The absolute pinnacle of ultrawide QLED monitors and a very noticeable step up from the original 49" model, esp the local dimming. This is the ideal panel for sim racing, it seemingly wraps around your entire head, but don't bother buying this monitor if you don't have a top-shelf GPU. Even my RTX 4090 cannot run this panel @ 240Hz refresh rate due to the now old-tech DP 1.4 ports, the only high-end GPUs that support DP 2.1 are the Radeon RX7900 XT and RX 7900XTX. Not that any of that matters since even the far more powerful RTX 4090 cannot push AAA games much past 120 FPS @ 7680x2160 resolution anyway, at least not without making serious graphics settings compromises, so 120Hz is fine for now. I am now very much looking forward to the RTX 5090 that's for sure. If you can get this monitor for under $2k it's worth it imo, but $2400 is just too much. I paid $1700 for an open-box Black Friday unit and all is well so far.

This monitor its a game changer not only for gaming but for productivity cause you can have the screen divided like having 2 4k monitor without anything on the middle. I love it really happy with my purchase.

The display is beautiful. Currently paired with a 4090 in a triple display config. I had originally run triple 32's @ 1080/165 but moved to a single 43" 4k/144 display. While it was a nice setup, I missed the ultrawide screen view but didn't want to drop to 1440. This fit the bill for me though the price point is ridiculous to say the least. Some notes: 1). update the firmware straight off. 2). I experienced random instances where the display would go dark for 3 seconds and come back, and repeat a random number of times. Sometimes this would be a frequent event, sometimes not. I ended up putting a UPS inline on the display by itself and that resolved the issue in my case. It's been rock solid ever since. I've not tried running an PiP features or multiple display outputs at this time. Rated 4 due to the price point and the funky power issues that nothing else in my house has.

What can i say. Baddest monitor on the market. 8K 57” 240mhz. Be sure you have the video cars to support it at HDMI 2.1 or youll get stick at 6K.

Purchased for productivity with Mac and iBook; owned nearly one year. After using dual monitors for years, this is a far better option that gives you full use of the center. I was able to get the 240hz refresh rate but scaled back for viewing size. Worth mentioning when using with APPLE products: Apple displays the menu items on the desktop versus the application. With multiple applications open, you have to look to the far left top to navigate regardless of where the application is displayed on the monitor. Also, some applications open full screen, in Finder you can workaround this by right clicking to view in text. The widget options are spectacular, having multiple small items easily readable on the desktop which I clustered to the left. Caution, once you use the Neo G9 you will never be able to go back to a dual monitor setup!!!

I am so glad I waited to get this monitor over the others. Yes it’s massive, but it completely does away with the need for two monitors—obviously, as it’s literally two 4K monitors sandwiched together. The brightness is stellar, and the PIP/Dual screens is awesome. The models that are shipped now have the updated firmware too, so no “black screens,” or random power-off issues. I use this monitor with a SimFab heavy monitor mount—oh, and it comes with an inner “well” adapter that allows it to be mounted to a VESA plate, which I didn’t know. I play Star Citizen and MS FlightSim on it, and wow… Again, I’m so glad I went with this monitor.

This monitor is soo nice. I upgraded from a 34 inch g7 and the color smearing is almost negligible. I will warn you its around 50 inches wide and at least 2 feet deep stand included. The only "issue" i can say ive had is after a few days use there are a few small bubbles(?) on parts of the screen that can only be seen when its off. Other than that it is one of the best monitors ive ever used.

This monitor is incredible! It took a little getting used to when gaming because it was so wide, I felt a little dizzy at first but im used to it now. I mainly use this for work and split with my personal PC, the PIP is very easy to use and so glad this monitor does not include the tizen OS. I originally went with the 49 g9 oled but this took the cake because tizen was so laggy and horrible on the OLED. Only downside is (not the monitors fault) my 4090 cannot run this at full refresh rate due to the display/HDMI capabilities, im only able to run this at 120hz but thats good enough for me. If you are using this without a monitor arm youll need a deep desk, as the stand is huge. I am using this with an AVLT Single monitor arm which is way cheaper than the ergotron hx. Its a big box so make sure you have a big car to haul this home, I was able to make it fit in my 2018 accord though haha

Besides not have HDMI ARC I cannot find anything wrong with this monitor. Love it and really makes me immersed into what ever I'm doing weather its gaming or work! Its big but literally takes only a few moments to get used to the size.

Wow! This thing is awesome; replaced the Odyssey 49” ultra widescreen with this newer model that is visibly larger and definitely heavier as I had to upgrade the articulating arm mounting in order to “float” it over the desk.

Fantastic monitor. I upgraded from the previous 49in model and really happy I did, no disappointment. The picture is beautiful and its crazy how much bigger it is. From what I've seen online, you do need a 7900XT or 4090 to unleash it tho, luckily I do, lol. The only downfall is it doesn't have the smart functions to connect to my other Samsung devices, would have been nice but no bid deal.
