58" tv with a beautiful display for our bedroom. Makes a big difference from the 43" that it replaced. Easy to set up. I would have given it 5 stars, but one of the apps that I used on another Samsung tv wasn't offered on the Tizen platform, so I still had to use a 4k Amazon Fire Stick to get the app. Other than that, love the tv!

Bought 2 off these for a conference room set up. Customer was happy with the TV, but the best feature was being able to make both screens appear as one. Easy set up for a smart TV and great picture quality. Time to buy a couple for the house.

I bought this TV as a upgrade to my 12 yrs old Samsung 46" LCD and love the picture and integrated smart TV option. The only negative is the sound. My older TV had better sound quality but reading through reviews that was one of the things mentions. I hope this TV last me the same 12yrs as my old one but so far I am happy with my new TV.

This tv has unbelievable color and crisp picture quality. The sound is much better than I thought it would be. I was looking for a 55” and the $ was not that much more for the extra size. Easy to set up. Love the smart app options. Glad I made this purchase.

Great picture and we’ve been Samsung lovers for a long time. BUT, I will say that our other new LG tv that’s a 65” is better/clearer than this one. The colors are awesome on Samsung and this is a great TV. Just depends on your preference on what’s more important- super vivid colors or clearer picture (motion and more realistic colors).

This TV was easy to hook up easy to install on the wall. Not heavy like you would expect from a 58-in TV. I really love the picture and the clearness and the Samsung TV plus is an added bonus. I am extremely happy with my purchase!

The TV is wonderful. Super clear and can control many devices with ease. The problem I had was getting the device to my house after a lot of getting thrown in circles by customer service. Came on a day almost a week after expected. Possibly for availability or something but the device is incredible for the price.

I’ve had the tv for almost a month now and I don’t have any complaints. The sound and picture is good. The setup was easy and quick. Only thing I wish were bigger buttons on the remote control.

This is my Third Samsung TV and I am thrilled with the picture quality! The screen is so clear and the picture is so vibrant that I simply cannot wait to watch TV every night!! I was initially a bit worried about going from a 60 inch to a 58 but the Samsung Specialist told me that I probably wouldn’t notice the difference and he was right. Also...The minimum cost of the warranty is well worth it because just like any other great product you pay for it because you just don’t know if you need it and it is much much cheaper to purchase when you first buy the product!

The picture quality is top notch. And the set up was super easy. Lots of options if you want to cut out cable. I bought a digital antenna with this and between online content and antenna channels I don’t even need cable.

I ordered this TV online. The delivery date was only a week away, so I didn't have to wait too long. A day before, the tech called to advise they would be there after 4pm. That was fine for me, and I prepared the area for the new addition, unhooking the old TV they were going to recycle. The day of the delivery, the tech called and asked if they could come by earlier...around 4 hours earlier! Of course I agreed. When they arrived, the install was done quickly, cleanly, politely and professionally. Can’t say enough about how that went! The TV itself works great and it’s SO NICE to convert to 4K/UHD. The picture is great, the remote easy to work, and I have had no wifi disconnects like other reviews have mentioned. I would definitely recommend this TV and all the Best Buy services I have had experience with!

There are certainly better pictures of you are willling to spend more, but for this price point this is an excellent value. The picture is great (not OLED) but pretty great. It has some interesting features. You can run your Apple TV directly from this remote. There are also Samsung TV channels included. It is connected to the internet, so it has the Netflix, amazon tv, YouTube apps, etc., etc. Everuthing was easy to connect (dvd player, Apple TV) so no issues there. Overall it has been a great buy for the price point.

Great TV. I went from a 720p 32” to this. Had a issue with the internet though. After I unplugged my tv to move it, could not connect to my WiFi. After I researched on Google, I unplugged it again for 5 minutes and I was able to get connected again. A little disappointed on The Bluetooth part, nothing I have connect to it. Best Buy was very helpful too. Free delivery on tv’s over 50” so that was convenient.

Very good picture. Only issue with TV is that the hand controller has issues. Some times after several channel changes, it suddenly stops changing the channel. It could be Comcast but I didn't have this problem with my prior TV.

Let me start off by saying that all my TVs are Samsung so I can be a little biesed. Having said that, this is one of the best TVs I have owned. The picture is great, super user friendly and the price is great

Very happy with this tv. Easy set up, easy to use, and excellent picture. I had bought a Sony tv for the living room earlier in the year but like this tv much better. Stick with Samsung!

For the price range on this TV, you cannot beat it. TV has a great picture and it comes preloaded with the Smart features a lot of people will use. Would definitely buy this TV again, perfect for a budget.

I highly recommend this TV! It absolutely has the best picture I’ve personally ever seen! It’s all I hoped for when having to pick out a new TV!!! It’s also easy for me even to work with the Apps etc! I love it!!!

We love our new TV! It’s our first smart tv and easy to use! The sound bar definitely made it so much better. The salesman Dani made it so easy to make our decision since we didn’t know much about newer TVs and sound bars!

Samsung is definitely #1 in televisions. Our first Samsung is still excellent after 9 years. But with new technology, we chose to update to this new Samsung - fabulous. Easy to set up and program, great picture!
