DO NOT Waste the Money

I am strictly limited to 60" size so this was as close as I could find from Samsung. The picture clarity itself is pretty good, but the coloring is TERRIBLE. I tried all combination of settings (including factory presets) with no luck. My 6 year old LED has far superior coloring to this model. Also movies that stream just fine on Plex via Apple TV just fine are constantly buffering on this TV, despite being hard-wired to router. The only thing very impressive on this TV compared to our LG replacement is the upscaling. It makes old grainy movies look modern. Another observation is the bezel / frame has a "dirty" look to it. When we pulled it out of box my wife grabbed a rag to dust it but it is just the style. Weird!

I am sorry that you are not completely satisfied with your Q60T QLED TV.
Our App team has tested the Plex app in our lab and did not find any issues. Please contact the app provider for help with troubleshooting.

Short life span

When I first start having problems with TV I thought it was AT&T. I called AT&T and they said the problem was with the TV. Although the warranty had expired Samsung sent a tech to repair. Repaired and I get picture but lines still flash through picture. Technician does not respond to calls. Beautiful picture in the beginning but I think it should last more than two years for the price of the TV.

I was looking for slightly better picture, but mainly for better app availability as I would like to cut the cable cord so-to-speak. To my disappointment after owning several Samsung tv's over the years, I found no better app availability and picture was actually worse than my series 6 UHD tv. I have returned this TV after owning for approx 2 days and purchased another brand with access toAndroid playstore. Also found better picture quality, larger screen 65" all for the same price. Samsung needs to get to know the market better as to what people really want as well as keeping up with current needs and wants.

OK Entry Level Model

It only has a 60hz refresh rate, and sometimes the motion blur becomes too much. If you love Samsung like i do, i would encourage you to get a Q80 or Q90. The speakers on the Q60 aren't that great either. This tv is in my bedroom and we have to have the volume on 55 to actually hear the program we are watching. I will be returning this TV and upgrading to the Q90.

Could definitely use add-on sound device(s). Good features. Nothing outstanding or exemplary but overall sufficient. Good buy for money spent.
