A little disappointed

The first was damaged and prior to the first TV I had to wait 2 weeks for. I was approved for BESTBUY credit, I even made a 50.00 payment while waiting for the second delivery to show good faith. I literally had to go back to the store to speak with someone because your automated system is a joke. I was even hung up on because I was being “transferred”, but I felt the person really didn’t really care to hear me. I went to the store to speak with the store manager and all they gave me for another week of waiting 100.00 off. I could have gone to ANY other place to purchase my TV but I didn’t, my expectations were too high for you guys, THATS why I went to BESTBUY!!!

Crap TV's

No remote/Installation issues

The install people from Best Buy dropped a tool and dinged the furniture. The remote for the TV also was not there and/or taken with the packaging. None of the WiFi features are useable without the tv remote. Between purchase and gifting the return period expired. The tv is nice and the picture is good but none of the features we bought the TV for are usable.

Thank you for choosing the Samsung Q60T TV. I am sorry you are not completely happy with your picture when watching live sports. If you notice blurring or juddering on the screen, you can try adjusting the Picture Clarity Settings function to improve your picture.
Go to: Home > Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Picture Clarity Settings

Good picture
