    The setup was easy, Samsung provides a great picture for the price and the most Smart TV apps available with their proprietary interface. Replaced a SONY in this space. Great decision.

    Great TV. Enjoying the perfect size and amazingly sharp pictures. This is our second Samsung, the first one lasting over 10 years with no problems. Hope we can outlast this one!

    Overall stylish and good looking television. The blacks are cloudy and distorted which is bothersome and the remote is a bit flimsy and small which I don't like. The navigation is a bit cumbersome on the screen as well.

    Happy with the TV; however the sound and the picture are not synchronized. Will be calling to have done. Also the remote is not really user friendly.

      Thank you for purchasing the Samsung Q60T TV. I am very sorry you are experiencing sound delay issues. It could possibly a source issue, but if you are hearing an audio delay across all sources/channels and you have a Home Theatre System or other speakers connected to your TV, you can access the Audio Delay settings to increase the audio delay. Go to: Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Delay

      Please know that our 2020 TVs do have an audio Pass-Through feature. This feature allows the audio signal to be sent out unprocessed to an external Soundbar or receiver connected to the TV. The external Soundbar or receiver then processes the audio, thereby eliminating the added step of processing by the TV, which adds delay.

      On your TV go to: Settings > Audio > Expert Settings > Digital Audio Output Format > Pass-Through

    So far so good. I like that it gets the ATT now app. Smart features are easy to work. Going to watch a 4K blu-ray tonight so I will update later.

    Excellent TV and was a snap to set up! Would recommend as a great option if you are looking for the 60" size, since those are extremely hard to come by these days.

    My husband and I had a very positive experience with Pete at the Grove City store. Pete explained the difference between the regular LED and QLED and OLED. He gave us all the info I wanted for a different type of TV and he also gave info to my husband as to all of his questions. He was very patient with us. Pete helped us make our TV buying decision very easy.
