We looked all over the place for a propane stove. Ended on buying it from Best Buy because of the support we got and the price was great.

Grates are heavy to lift. Not easy to clean. The griddle with the middle burner is to small to use. I will be having a tech come out in 2 years to serviced. Will not by Samsung appliance again.

Had a really bad experience. My tenant is now asking me for a new range because this one doesn’t work. They sent someone to correct the problem and the technician told my tenant the stove was 8 years old. Now my tenant thinks I bought a used stove. I’m having to buy a new stove/range unnecessarily.

We got this as open box, very disappointed. The stove and oven had oil and food like it was used for months. The back of the oven control was taken off and not installed correctly. 3 weeks in and still looking for a propane conversion kit. I feel very taken by the best buy crew that mislead us.

I have use it only 5 months, now the turning knot fall off, and I dont even know how to fix it, it's not a quality item

After 1 month I’m having trouble with flames burning yellow, I also purchased Best Buy total!!!
