It cooks like a CHAMP!! Heard quickly and cooks everything evenly. I’m still learning the app and control features, but so far we are VERY happy with it!! Well worth the money for the upgraded version. BB’s installation crew was top notch as well!! Very good care of the house from the door to kitchen and installation. Cleaned everything up and asked if there was anything additional they could do for us while they were here!

We bought this range to replace our 18 year old Frigidaire unit. We originally wanted the regular stainless steel color, but it wasnt available in our area, so we decided to go with the black stainless instead, and I am so glad we did. It looks very modern, and not at all too dark in our kitchen. We have been thoroughly impressed with the experience so far. We have found ourselves using the griddle very frequently, and the air fryer and smart features are nice to have. The install and LP conversion was straightforward, and I appreciate that the LP conversion kit was included. It has been a solid upgrade for our family.

Fabulous stove and the price was great It has all the features I wanted

I had an older Kenmore Gas Oven and it was about time for an upgrade. This has everything that I could need! Heats up really fast, the burners are really powerful, and the multiple bake types are really helpful. The only suggestion I have to anyone purhasing this is to let the air fryer warm up before you put anything in there OR cook your food a couple extra minutes than suggested. I have no complaints

I love my range! I'm moving, I'm so sad I'm going to miss it. I'll get a new range and I'll order it from Best Buy!

Great looking stove - the hardest thing was to find the right pipe fittings. The people at Best Buy did not know much

Purchased this beautiful range and was told it’ll be delivered on Monday. Perfect! When I got home I saw that the delivery date on the receipt was Monday… 2 months later. Apparently it was on back order. SMH! That would have been good information to have been told to me be the sales associate. Now that it’s been delivered and installed It seems to be working well. Looks to be very well made compared to similar priced ranges from other brands.

Works as expected, smooth design for stove top and oven makes cleaning it much easier. Only complaint is the display is blue LED and can’t change it, makes it hard to read.

We’ve been enjoying our new convection range for a few months now, and we really love it. We were so happy with it that we convinced a relative to buy one, too. The burners are really good. They are different sizes to accommodate different heat needs. One is a double burner. Wave your hand over the double burner as you light it so that the outer ring will light. (As I did throughout my childhood on my mother’s 1940s O’Keefe & Merritt range.) Thoven is just fantastic. You’ll really appreciate the convection oven, since it does such a nice job of keeping the temperature even. If there’s a caveat here, it’s that the app is fairly lame. It’s very annoying when the oven reaches its set temperature, and there’s no way to set it to notify you just once. It sends four notifications with loud beeps. I sometimes think about deleting the app and turning off WiFi, but it is a useful safety precaution, and it does provide the means to remotely turn off the oven, so I put up with it. Be aware that the app can’t control the surface burners. Overall, this is great. I recommend it. Be sure you get the one with the stainless steel top, though. You can scrub that one for days and it’ll be fine. There’s one with a black top for a few dollars less, that I think people should avoid.

Love it, cooks well, great grill burners and the air-fry is awesome and efficient. Two caveats I would have to let people know is that the back of the stove and the actual back of the stove (from the appearance of the display back) are different. The Back section with the display/controls as offset from the stove top back. This makes it look like from the side that your stove is not pushed back all the way despite being so.

I simply love my stove. It is beautiful and exeeds all my expectations. Love the color, the style, and it is just what we needed after many years with our old stove. The Air frying is great. The oven works great and the different burners are conveniently made for different heating needs for our meals.
