Overall Excellant except self-cleaning function

I ordered at $1,099.99 during Black Friday Deal 2020. There was Electronic Shortage at that time and a lot of items were sold out. It was the best oven I can find in my budget to replace my 20 or more years-old gas range. It works well with 4 different sizes of the gas top. I could reduce cooking time as well. The front panel is very sensitive so that I lock it unless I use the oven. The first time with Self Cleaning function of the oven made me anxious and worried. It smelled very strong as if gas is leaking. I mean seriously strong GAS. I could not stop it for about an hour. The total time is expected over 2.5 hours. That's the only concern and had open all the window to have clean air to breathe. I will not use the self-cleaning function ever. Other than that, I have no complaint about this oven.

I love the stove; I hate Best Buy for appliances

The stove is great. It looks beautiful in my kitchen and works like a dream. It even sings a little song when the over has finished preheating or the timer ends, which is much more pleasant than a buzzer.
IMPORTANT NOTE- The delivery, installation, and customer service after all the snafus and aggravation just added to my belief that Best Buy should stick with what it's best at, computers, phones, and gaming consoles. It took speaking with EIGHT representatives between chat and telephone to get any resolution. Shout out to Gregory for trying to make things right.
Buy the stove from somewhere else.

Great overall, but center burner is problematic

Overall, I am pleased with this range, although it has one serious flaw that has me teetering on wanting to return it. If you look at the Q&A for this product a Samsung rep responded as follows when asked about swapping out the center griddle: " I'd like to help clarify this. The griddle can only be used with the center burner. However, if you switch the griddle for the grates, the center burner can function as a regular burner. ^Jecca"
This would imply that a center grate exists. I bought this range with the intention of using the griddle at times and also buying a center grate. However, when I reached out to J&J, the authorized Samsung parts supplier, they informed me that no center grate exists for this model. When I asked if any other model grates would work on the center burner, they said that each model has a unique grate design so they cannot recommend that.

Great bang for your buck range. The front burners do a nice job getting super hot, the back right burner does a nice enough job at a low simmer. The oven works well, and the convection gets the job done.
It looks very nice installed and feels quite robust. The controls are simple and it's got several nice features. Great range for the money.

Bought this to replace an older GE Profile range that started having problems with the oven. This unit meets our needs perfectly. It's got a modern, clean look and works well. The warmer between the stove burners is my wife's favority feature. It's also a lot easier to clean than the Profile was.

love the fifth burner for the grill. oven is huge! the black stainless steel looks good and is easy to clean. only complaint is that the control panel is sensitive. easy to change settings by mistake. found locking the panel after setting parameters resolves that issue and only takes 3 seconds to undo. convection option is nice and bread proof setting is awesome feature. would recommend this to anyone who wants a large efficient stove/oven.

I like this range but wish it came with a middle grate along with the griddle. You will end up with a very messy stovetop when you use the griddle if you're cooking bacon, burgers, or anything else that has a high fat content so I hardly use it. A swappable grate would make this range perfect. The wifi connection I found pleasantly useful, temperature control and timer notifications from and on your phone while on the couch or in the back yard is helpful and cool.

Good, cheap convection slide-in

It looks great. We bought it cause it was the cheapest convection oven slide-in and have had no problems. It has cute beeping sounds every time you press a button, it's probably overkill and if I was more irritable, I might find it annoying, but it's kinda fun and feels like you're playing an old video game. The light inside is bright and it's easy to see through the glass. The oven has a good seal and doesn't heat up the whole kitchen the way our old stove did. The drawer on the bottom is easy to pull out and the contents don't really get hot when the oven is on. We had an old janky stove before so we're still not used to the powerful burners. My girlfriend has been caught off guard three times now and had her contents rapidly boil over so just keep an eye on it if you've got the burners all the way up. We haven't used the app, but we have been able to use all the functions we need without it.

I'm upgrading from a pretty old electric stove so i don't have much to compare it to but I've had it for a few weeks now and I really enjoy using it. I did have to exchange it because the first one I got was dented and the exhaust fan was noisy but the replacement has been perfect. I really like that the griddle is level with the grates so everything is seamless. I use some pots and pans that overlap onto the griddle which would be annoying if it was raised. I also was able to find some nice cheap gap fillers on Amazon.

This replaced a free standing range. We wanted the cleaner look of a slide in. Found this to be a good price, good terms, and quick delivery/install. Have not been at all disappointed with the performance (stove top, baking, broiling). We are old school so a lot of the connectivity and timing features will not likely ever be used. The only reason this is not 5 star is due to documentation. Old school again, the details are all available on line but I like to have the whole story on paper when I need it. If you buy one, I think you will be quite satisfied.

The new stove is fine, but has it's quirks. The burners are a little loud and the flame seems to dance like there is a draft. The gas knobs seem backwards to turn on the flame. It would be better (for me), if the piezo clicker would fire all the way counter clockwise and then adjust the flame clockwise. The front panel seems to be sensitive, sometimes an option gets turned on by mistake.
We are getting used to it's nuances as it is a new item for us.

We originally ordered this range during black Friday 2021 but with it being on backorder it was reordered and delivered in February. As of right now (6 months later) the oven/range have been great but the one knob broke.

I absolutely love this range. It has 58000btu and needs a powerful hood. 5 burners total, 2 fast large very powerful burners in front, 2 smaller burners in back, oval burner with griddle plate in center. I wish it came with a center grate instead of griddle as the griddle is not very deep to cook much on. I use it mainly for placing my cooking utensils or warming plates. The oven has a bread proofing feature which is neat as I make a lot of yeast bread and it works well. The oven also has options for direct conventional bake and convection fan bake. Wonderful to be able to have fan on or off. Love it, love it love it.

Cooktop and baking functions work like they are supposed to. The self cleaning is a joke. Just use elbow grease to clean it. Have not tried the wifi feature yet. I would probably pay a little extra to get better quality next time. Overall the unit is usable and gets the job done.
