I'm in love with the washer and dryer combo, its hands down the best washer and dryer I've ever had. I love all the helpful settings and the fact it alerts me on my Samsung TV and fridge its truly incredible. My clothes come out sparkling clean and its energy efficient as well.

The pair has been at the house for about a month now and so far we are satisfied with both. Personally I am happier with the dual washer than the dryer. Dryer is great but sometimes if mixing towels with other pieces the towels are not fully dry. Washer is very practical and if leave door open and let it properly dry after use, I have not yet have any funny smell or problem

I LOVE this Samsung washer!!! All your delicates and active wear in top washer, any and EVERYTHING else on bottm , front load washer. Even steam and sanitize settings leaving you with added peace of mind in a pandemic. I loved my Maytag Bravos, but this is a whole new level of lovin

Great washer and very spacious. Not very noisy either.

The machine is amazing it gets out even the hardest stains. The ability to truly personalize the wash style to the laundry type and quantity is spot on. A month in and we couldn't be happier. Best buy delivery was amazing and didn't a wonderful job of setting things up for us.

This is without a doubt the absolutely MOST FANTASTIC washing machine ever made. I love that you can separate small items and wash them separately on top and leave the bottom one for larger/heavier items. I am a gadget freak and absolutely adore the wifi part also. The cleaning ability of both washers is unbeatable. Several items I almost parted with due to stains vanished!!!

Love its double washer feature, large capacity & runs fairly quiet.

This new washer is great, it is replacing a 20 year old washer so with all of the new features it is great. The only problem was the delivery people they refused to take my washer and dryer upstairs saying they would not fit up my stairs. The most frustrating thing they didn't even try. So me and my son had to take them upstairs. Kinda heavy but only took up about 15 mins.

Initially, we had some issues with washer. But after contacting the store and customer service (geek squad) we were able to get it resolved. We laugh at how excited we are to wash clothes. The product works superbly and it's a very functional appliance. Easy to operate and quiet.

This washing machine can wash so much clothes! I went from a 3.5 cu capacity to this one and now I can fit twice the amount of clothes which means less time doing laundry. I like the fact that I can throw in a shirt or two in the top wash for a quick wash. It also plays pretty tunes when your load is done washing.

So far I have not had any problems with washer except that the matching dryer is still on backorder. The dryer issue is the only reason I would say beware.

Great washer for large loads and bedding. Easy to use.

I am giving a 3 star for now pending resolution of my insurance claim. My machine apparently arrived damaged, having a defect cold water valve. This eventually let do standing water in the tub after every load. It got to the point where water was leaking out of the washer and into my basement, which led to water damage. I am waiting for Samsung to repair all the damage. When it does actually run, the machine is fairly quiet, and my wife thinks it does a good job cleaning the clothes.

I love the flex washer as I can do 2 loads simultaneously, this saves me time. Apart from that the washer is awesome, I have tried most of the options and have no complaints. The only point to note when using the smaller washer is to use lesser detergent as it foams too much and the soap suds are still on the glass even after the rinse cycle.

This is the coolest washer because i can do two loads of laundry at the same time. This is so convenient because usually I have to do my delicates separately but not anymore. Also if I just have a small quick load to wash I dont have to worry about that either because I can just use the top washer. Thanks Samsung for making my life easier!

Good easy to use runs very quiet . 2 loads at once

Just got tired having to go out to do my laundry in public so me and my husband decided to go for this model and never regretted our decisions. So far it is working great. And the best thing is, we do not have to go out especially on the winters to get our clothes cleaned up. The unit is more quite than compared to our old set.

We replaced our old Samsung washer when it cost more to fix the drum than buy a new one. The washer holds more garments and seem to be more efficient. Also, the black stainless is sleek looking. Haven't had a chance to use the the flex part (separate top washer for singular item) yet. Would recommend!

Seems very efficient and fast. The top bin is a bit small but good for single items or a small load. Sits low to ground so pedestal would be recommended unless you want to kneel on ground after every load.
