Love the warmer element and the small pot/large pot opportunity. Customer service helped me set the clock. Booklet didn't help. Very happy with it!

Storage drawer on bottom is smaller than I was used to but downsizing and finding alternate storage wasn't horrible. Horrible is the black smooth top. It shows every mark, smear, fingerprint and is awful to keep clean.my prior stove had some gray mixed in and hid everything...this shows it all and is challenging to keep visuallly clean
