The negative is the shiny black glass top shows every smudge, drip or fingerprint. It's a constant battle to keep it looking nice.

As for Best Buy service -- it SUCKS! Storage drawer dented on delivery 4 wks ago and still waiting on replacement - with no apologies/credit to acct from store -- very disappointing considering what was spent and the delivery charge!

Nice Range

My only complaint is that it came with a big dent in the side. We waited so long for this we could not return it as we needed it for an incoming guest for our Airbnb. I am trying to make time to call customer service to ask if they will discount the price since the driver did not have to take it back and the store have to put in on sale as a scratch and dent
