Oven doesn't work

It preheats and then slowly loses the temperature and does not come back on. We have had 4 service calls and several major parts replaced. Our 5th service call is scheduled for next week. Samsung will not honor our request for a new unit. Meanwhile, we have been without an oven for 2 months.

Whether your oven is too hot, not hot enough, takes too long to get hot, or doesn't get hot at all, it can cause many issues. Luckily, you can do some simple things to try to fix it. Many heating issues are related to the voltage.
