We recommend using Cerama Bryte and Weiman cleaners to clean the Cooktop. Just be extra careful to avoid scratches. Kindly see the recommended cleaning videos below.

Very Pretty, Great Price But Not Worth It

The top will be golden brown but the bottom will be raw and uncooked. The oven only has one heating coil unit at the top there isn't one at the bottom. I wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase this range. I will be returning and purchasing a GE.

It will not hold temperature after preheating. I have had Samsung technicians come twice and it’s still not holding temperature. The temperature drops 70-80 degrees in about 15 minutes unless I constantly preheat it again.

The oven doesnt calibrate to the proper setting...its way off. I was sent to the chat to get help to come and fix it and basically was ghosted they just stopped chatting and then it said since i had not responded it ended...i was responding the whole time.
