Not so easy to clean the stove top some spots are hard to scrub off

Delivered broken microwave no handle & missing mounting hardware in a box that was taped shut that was sealed w/ tape that read inspected by Best Buy.
Delivery team called in the problem & returned box to store around 9am this morning & have not heard back from customer service as of yet.

If there were 0 stars to give I would. BB has no manager that can return a phone call. The range ordered was damaged prior to delivery, still shows as delivered.

Not satisfied it cooks the food too fast at a low temperature, I’m going to see if I can return it and get another stove The stove is an expensive stove and it cost too much to cook so fast I have to watch my temperature

Arrived damaged twice. Waiting for replacement. Glass top quality low. Stains easy hard to clean not happy

We love our new stove very nice looking operates very good

It connects to Wi-Fi which allows you to set up the oven temperature as well as turning the lights off and on. Easy to clean and the ‘FAST-Broil’ function is really good.

As of the first week it has worked properly an the oven is the easiest to clean as the heating element is on the top says it has wifi controls also will try them later as it seems to be a nice addition.
