Cooktop scratched almost immediately!
Cooktop IMPOSSIBLE to clean and always looks streaky!
Oven temp is not actual…burned many things before I got “used” to it!

Stove is great. It was damaged upon delivery. I called to let best buy know because its not small damage ita very visable and even the control top is bent. They gave me 60 bucks after i paid 900 on a stove. Bad business. But again stove is great other than dents and bends.l

Only had it a few weeks, but so far so good. Only complaint is no way to turn on light from outside to see what’s going on in oven, need to open to activate the light

Buy this stove on September after two months it broke down I bought 5 years warranty with it I called every day for repair no one seems to be interested not Best Buy or the warranty company my husband and I spent almost $900 for the stove it was a opened box.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I was delivered a broken item. When I reported this on 04/08 I was told that I am over 15 days return time. I am only 2 days over. Samsung denied to service me as they said this was broken during delivery. Best buy has been the worst experience this time. I'll never ever go to best buy again.

need to constantly clean the cooktop, it gets stained need to use the cooktop cleaner, scrapper blade all the time after we cook something, this is a lot of work, it supposed to be easy, but is not easy to clean it
