I had to wait a few days before they could send someone, and when they did they said we had insect damage and that it was not covered by the warranty. And that because it was insect damage, they were not allowed to touch it. My Old appliance I had for years and never had any issues. The worker said he would send me information on how much it would cost to have someone come and fix it but I never heard back from anyone. My neighbor has the same oven and later told me that her oven is always breaking down and that 2 of the stove tops stopped working. I recommend buying an old appliance, because these new ones are not made to last.
