My first time purchase at Best Buy.and I am happy because everything works good

Pros... Very nice looking Smooth top range Love, love no coil on the floor of oven for easy cleaning Cons: -Price high after installation, hall away, cord and warranty (which I recommend these days with appliances) -I do not like where the handle is located. It is lower than my previous stove and I am 5'3". I burned my abdomen leaning forward to turn oven off. The metal area above the handle got very hot in front after cooking a chicken a couple hours and I am average size. If I were larger or pregnant would really be an issue. Advice: -Make sure at installation they level it. That they don't just dump and run. I needed to schedule a return visit because my food was sliding out at me when I opened the oven door. -It will smell when you initially turn the oven on. Read instructions. They say to run it at a certain temp for a certain time period the first time and it will smoke a bit at first. That is normal and temporary. -Make sure you purchase the cord that goes with it.

Like the the overall look of the stove and the Rapid Boil feature is great. However, I do find the glass stove top difficult to clean and already leaving marks in the very short time we've had it. Need to research best ways to clean the glass top but never had this issue with out previous oven.

This is a quick heating unit. Doesnt take forever to preheat or to boil. and looks nice. Love the cleaning feature too.

Have had this for more than 3 years and it still and works as wonderful as the day we gotit. Hubby is chef and uses every feature this stove has. COLOR IS perfect too. Blends easily with our kitchen .

Great but was bigger (in depth) than the website stated so I had to exchange it for a different one. I was sorry to see it go.

Love it. A few things. I have not found an OVEN LIGHT or a button or switch for an oven light. Also the oven works TOO WELL. I have to literally decrease oven temp by 100 degrees and it still keeps burning the top of all the food. I am a Chef and professional cook so I know it is not me. Also the condensation and bubbling over, you have to really watch when you cook.

I love this stove, it cooks well and is easy to clean. Its just the right size and oven is plenty big. Looks great also!

So far the range is great, but I feel the need for only 4 stars for two reasons. One is the heat. The stove stays hot and puts off a lot of heat for up to 30 minutes after it’s turned off. It’s summer here in Texas so we are having to not use the stove during the day now. The second reason is keeping the stove clean. The glass top shows every little spot no matter how many times you clean it. If you don’t like that then invest in a cover after purchase. All in all the stove works great and if the two listed opinions above don’t bother you then you will be happy. I personally would have chosen a classic electric stove if I had know what I know now,

So far, everything works well. I was a little concerned that the oven isn’t quite up to temperature but I’m thinking my last oven just ran hot. Surely this new one is more on target than the old, outdated one (I don’t have a thermometer to test). Stovetop works well. WiFi and app connections was easy. The drawer at the bottom is not very deep (if you’re used to storing a lot down there at once this may be good to look at before you decide to buy!). The oven preheat notification is a tad annoying. I don’t feel like it needs to go off three full times to let me know it’s preheated, but maybe that’s just me! I have not used any other features so I can’t speak about any other parts of the oven. Overall, happy with the product. The thing I’m not super happy with is an issue with a price match refund. Via chat I was told I was going to get back about $280 for the range but I only got about $130 refunded to me. No explanation as to why it was so much less than promised.

Love it. It's fast, efficient, easy to clean and I can use my phone to control it and monitor how everythings going. If for some reason I needed another one, I would definitely buy this one again.

My previous stovetop was falling apart. I got this as a replacement. So far I love it. It works much better and heats in incredibly quickly. I have use the stove and oven. Even cooking and baking, I highly recommend. (For electric it’s amazing)

Everything works as advertised. Only set back I had was the smarts doesn't work with 5g internet.

High quality. Heats up quickly. Oven works very well. Easy to clean.
