I went from a junky Frigidaire stove that I had in my apartment, then had another one like it in my home that was somehow worse than the one in my apartment! Going to this range feels like I have been rescued from a bully or something, cause the stove top heats pretty fast for an electric, the oven is spacious and has yet to fail me on anything I have cooked and the smart homes tool just makes it easy to start preheating my oven or check the top to make sure no one has been dumb and left it on. If you're starting out this isn't a bad way to go but if I had one complaint about it, it would be the timer button. The sensor isn't exactly on the button so turning on the timer that does NOT turn off the oven when it's done is a bit of a pain sometimes. Also Samsung should let you control the Timer as well as Cook Timer from the Smart Things app. Here's hoping when I finish running my gas line to my kitchen that the gas range is better for it. I'd give it an A for sure.

This was not a planned purchase but a necessary one since my stove went out. This fits in my kitchen perfectly and works great. The price was also a plus.

Easy to set up. Does everything I expect a stove to do. Haven't tried the app on my phone, but it looks interesting.

Fit perfectly, this oven works great. I have not tried the steam clean but everything works great. Food cooks extremely even. I would purchase this oven again

I am thrilled with this oven because i can fit two cookie sheets side by side on the same rack! if you are an avid baker you know how important this is! I'm not a fan of any glass top but the rapid boil function is amazing.

This model of stove has been solid for us. We have been installing it in most of our apartments. It looks attractive and the tenants appreciate the features. The price is very good compared to other brands with less features

I really like my Samsung it is user friendly and I find cooking with it very easy. When it comes to cleaning up . it is really so nice. with WIFI and steam clean= stainless steel.

Not very happy with it. My biggest complaint it the buttons, they are so hard to push. They are not lined up with the picture/words. Especially the lock button so you can change settings or the clock. I was ready to take a hammer to it I could not get it to unlock. This was my first oven that did not have the coils on the bottom of the oven and it has take some adjusting to get things to cook for the correct amount of time and get the food on the right height rack. The glass top scratches very easily as well.
