This stove and oven are AMAZING. I cook a lot and recently had to return a Whirlpool range that just would not cook evenly or in a timely manner. If you bake or cook a lot, I highly recommend this range.

So far this is a great Range! I had to replace a previous double oven so my only complaint would be having to open the whole door to access the bottom oven when using the two ovens separately, however this a rare so not a deal breaker. Haven’t tried the griddle or air fry feature yet.

My husband made ribs using the air fryer and they were amazing!

I have owned this range for 1 year and 2 months. This week the cook top started flecking off on the front 2 burners. I have treated this cooktop exactly as recommended by the manufacturer from day 1. Proper care is not a possibility of cause. As it is a ‘cosmetic issue’ , Best Buy insurance plan will not cover and even though it’s out of manufacturer warranty (barely) I was told it wouldn’t have been covered anyway by the Best Buy rep. Having flecks of the glass cooktop potentially getting into food doesn’t seem purely cosmetic or safe. The oven and its multiple uses have worked nicely

Great amazing stove. The moveable middle rack is a game changer. Intuitive, and Alexa works seamlessly with it. I recommend this smart stove. Ill never not have a smart stove again!

Love this oven has wi fi, so I can put a roast together and on my way home from the beach get it started cooking. Took a while to get use to it but love the Dutch oven.

Excellent stove especially the flex duo oven works just the way you think it would. The griddle also has a very nice quality feel to it.

The poor rating is for the Best Buy Deliveries, updates and install! This stove has been on back order for almost 8 weeks. I notification i received from their delivery app was a technician will be there in 20 minutes, log story short, no one arrived all day! Second update from driver app: technicians will arrive between 12:30 to 1:45, long story short, no one arrive due to technition went home in the meantime ive gotten update that my stove is on backorder.. Finally rhe day is here! I get my stove! Same technician as my last 2 deliveris on other appliances. I see they brought my stove in and set up.....they left....the next day i was cooking, and o tol my huband that this stove was not leveled and if he could do it...time went by it wasnt leveled I dropped something behind stove, so i moved it out only to find ALL THESE DENTS! The Technician never said one word to us about them! BEST BUY states there is nothing they can do since I'm not making a service call!!!!!

I really love cooking with this stove it works perfectly. My only issue is that the no preheat airfry only works when you remove the oven divider and use the whole oven.
