Love the TV, beautiful picture and tons of extras but when mounted high on the wall or high TV stand, I would like to be able to get the built in camera to pan down to use Skype and motion control without having to hold my hand up in the air above my head. I would also like to be able to have the local programing from the cable company display starting at the HD channels rather than always starting at channel 1 so I have to search through all of the SD channels before I get to the HD. Come on, I didn't buy this big beautiful HD to watch SD content as my first choice.

Went out looked at TV's ended up with this one because of the evolution kit also quad core processor voice recog sometimes activates on it's own but you can turn that feature off same with hand motion but what was most important t was the picture clear and crisp also in 3-D web browser could be a lil faster but I'm sure that will happen with the up coming kits ( I hope ) all In everyone who see this notices the quality right away

The sound is good the image is great. The smart features are still up for grabs. I am having an instantaneous flickering of the TV to a black screen for 1 second and then it comes back on at a rate of 1/3 hrs of viewing. Plan to call as old TV with existing box did not do this.

This is my first LED TV as I had a plasma for the last 7 years. I've always liked the picture quality of a plasma over LEDs but the technology has come a long way.

We are very happy with our purchase. There are so many features that we are discovering and still learning...it is like a new toy! The TV has a beautiful picture, and everything was so easy to set up. We also have the sound bar which really gives the whole experience the theater effect. The only trouble we are having is figuring out all of the remotes and having it to where we only need one, but I am sure it can be done. Other than that, we are completely satisfied with this purchase!

Overall, I'm extremely pleased with the set. The picture quality is fantastic. Also, the sound system is good too. The internet access features give you more flexibility in viewing various movie providers. The only down side, is the motion control and voice activated features. After working with it for a while, I decided to deactivate them. Although, it doesn't detract from the primary reason to have this set, which is the fantastic picture quality.

I purchased this specific set because of it's ratings (excellent) and the picture quality. Features are fantastic and it also supports ARC (audio return channel) thru the HDMI. This allows me to send audio to my AV receiver when using Smart Features like Amazon Prime. While I did not purchase it for the 3D capability, it has turned out to be one of our favorite features. This purchase also set me up as a Premier Rewards member and that is excellent.

Over all it is great tv, it has all you need, more than actualy avrage tv user needs, easy to use , easy set up, little pricey. Evan thought I bought 3 weeks ago on sale for 2499$, and now its 2699$. We all know that technalogy moves fast so in a year you will probably loose half of the value, but thats what happens when u buy newest model. My advise if you can afford it than go for it its worth the money.

this is a beautiful looking TV with a great picture. Make sure to add a sound bar as the built-in speakers are not that great

We almost went for the 4K version but lack of content made the extra expense not worth it. The 8000 series has excellent picture quality and very good blacks resolution as well. The 3D is great. My third Samsung and not disappointed. Remote is very easy to use, the setup was simple and the on-line FAQ's and troubleshooting are easy to access.

Awesome picture, best backlighting but still some light bleed at edges, but minimal and really not noticeable. Picture and color depth is amazing. Standard def is even pretty good. 3d solid. Remote feels solid state - voice activation, lots of goodies. Viewing angle better than last year's top of the line Samsung but still could be improved.

I went to 'best buy' just to look at TVs. Had outstanding service - I had been looking on-line, and researching different models - and all my questions were answered, and then some. So choosing was easy and pain-free. I left the store eagerly anticipating the delivery! The TV is just perfect! Love everything about it. I don't think I have ever owned a TV that I thought was pretty to look at - even when off, and this one is. The picture quality is mesmorizing - I now qualify as a picture-snob! lol Only wish there wasn't so much football on right now - not my favorite thing to watch, but I have to admit that even football looks amazing on this TV. My first Samsung was bought at a grocery store (maybe 30 years ago) - had never heard of the brand, but the price was right - and it lasted for many years beyond knobs and dials being seen on sets! It was a 19" wonder. Even though everyone made fun of my 'off-brand'. They are not laughing today!! This purchase represents an excellent effort by Samsung - and a great job by Best Buy. Get yours today!

This TV has the most amazing picture quality of any that I have owned. Add to that all the apps and internet, and what more could you ask for? And the 3D is so realistic! Well satisfied with the TV and the Best Buys delivery and set-up!

I wish all of my TV were this great. wonderful picture. has its own menu page at start up and has a special HDMI connection for your primary STB. Voice activated remote control and a standard remote. It has a built in camera for body movement control. You can even Skype with it! Great product!

Product was exactly what I expected. TV has a great picture, colors are vibrant, and viewing sports is clear without any motion blur. Learning how to use all the functions is a bit much, but I've picked up some of the tricks.

I love this TV. My children enjoy watching the cartoons channels on this TV as the colors, image, and quality are so much better. It connects super fast to the internet and when watching Netflix downloads super fast.

We have been very happy with our purchase. This was a clearance tv and best buy gave us the best deal. What we are most impress with is the fast processor, tv reacts fast for commands, Samsung apps. Voice control camera for hand gestures.. Picture quality is very clear.

I have had this incredible TV for about a month now and every time I turn it on the quality of the picture amazes me. I always used to think that nothing matched being at a sporting event, and the picture is so crisp it makes me feel like I am hovering over the action. I would say the extra features like the motion activation are fun party tricks but have limited daily usage. Initially I never thought I would get a 3D tv because I would not watch many things with glasses on, and I still feel that way, but the processing speed helps refresh the picture much faster for 2D sports to make for a much cleaner image. I kept my previous TV for 9 years waiting for a TV like this to get made at a reasonable price. Plan to keep this one longer.

Nice picture and sound. Love the 3D picture and glasses. Easy to setup. Very light weight.

Overall very pleased with the system. I see audio and video command options as a bit of a gimmick so not as important to me. Picture quality is superb. New features are intuitive. Actually my only real gripe is the difficulty with remote pad - you need to be at just the right angle for it to respond as you wish, but that's a minor nuisance. Would recommend this set to anyone willing to pay for its quality.
