excellent TV

When I got the TV back to my office, got it out of the box, what I found inside was a BROKEN 55" Sony customer return. I purchased in Porter Ranch and had to go to Woodland hills for replacement for what I actually purchased. Now that I have it installed, I need 9 more just like it. I am wanting to use these as monitors throughout my facility. Please send me info on how I can get 9 more.

This TV was dead in less than 4 hours

Brought the tv home, set up and watched for about 4 hours and the screen goes completely black and red. Spent the next day on the phone with Samsung, wasted 2 hours, only to be told that the motherboard was probably fried and that a technician would have to be scheduled. I took the tv back to Best Buy and got a credit. Best Buy was great with the return, but what a waste of time. Bought a Sony the next week.
