The picture is the best I ever had. The colors are true to life, the sound is very adequate. We listen to a lot to PBS (English shows) so we generally listen to the station coming from a stereo system. I have use the smart TV capability to listen to Pandora...great when piped to the stereo system. We have not used streaming. My one unfavorable comment is dark scenes in some shows. At times these areas are difficult to distinguish, I had read that before but with the test screens (not TV data) at the store it's not something you will notice. If you watch a lot of movies this might be of concern to you. The is a "sports" option which brightens the screen, increases the contrast and sound. Great for important games. I would make this purchase again.

Love my new TV. Picture quality is great. Smart features are easy to navigate. the actual sound is comparable to average tvs. So I bought a sound bar to go with it. Price was good.

We went shopping for a new TV and I was pretty set on just a regular 1080p TV but when we saw the picture on this baby we couldn't say no. Plus, this is going to be the standard in a few years so it doesn't make sense to buy a slightly cheaper TV that you'll have to upgrade in a few years anyways. It's like buying a DVD instead of Blu-ray because it is a few dollars cheaper. Go ahead and get the better one. You'll be glad you did down the road.

I love my new tv. I only have basic cable and now I have new hd channels I wasn't getting before, without changing my cable package. I upgraded from an older DLP tv and the picture quality on the new tv is amazing. The picture on the hd channels is like it's live and you're right there, WOW! I wish I had upgraded sooner. The free delivery and removal of old tv was a great help. The delivery and set-up guys were very professional and knowledgeable. I've had the tv for about a month and haven't had any problems. I'm really impressed with the quality. Thanks to Best Buy and Samsung.

This TV has a very clear picture. It is also light enough that my husband can remove it from the wall mount by himself. The only thing I don't care for is that the Ethernet port on the back is straight out instead of on the side in the back like the HDMI ports. That causes the end of the Ethernet cable to bend when it's mounted on the wall. But that's really the only thing I didn't care for. Excellent TV!

The first 3 years of purchasing this TV I traveled. I hardly ever used the TV. Only in the past 2 years I have watched it approximately 3 hours a day. I started getting burnt out bulbs that has progressively gotten worse! This is a complaint a lot of customers has had, I’ve seen by reading reviews. Samsung will not respond to complaints.In 2020 Samsung updated my TV remotely without my permission and took away a lot of options that I paid for when I purchased the TV. Screen sizing, mirroring and other features. Then, as of about a month ago fall of 2022 my TV “no longer supports” several apps. Hulu, HBO max and others. So that means rwhen you purchase a TV the TV maker can change you TV options anytime they wan!!even though you paid thousands of dollars for the options

We upgraded our old LCD to this Ultra 4K LED and the difference in picture quality and colors was unbelievable. And the price was attractive too! I highly recommend this TV.

This TV is a great product with many usable features. The picture is Beautiful with high definition and good color. Everyone that sees it remarks on how great it is, asks what kind, and where they can get one just like it. Of course I tell them Best Buy, where the products and service is great. Thank you again, I'm very happy with my purchase.

A great TV, color is exceptional. The picture is wonderful, no distortion or edge blurring even watching sporting events. One small problem have to hold the remote so it is aimed about 2 inches above the TV to get at response.

Upgraded my old hdtv to this new model. I absolutely love the picture quality on this new HDTV. Color is so vivid and sharpness is insane.

This is a great tv for the money. Has a great picture with hd shows and amazing picture when streaming 4k. Only issue I have is that really fast action scenes and sports ( baseball is all I've watched so far) causes the tv to have a slight amount of blur. I got most of it adjusted out with the setting but there is still a little from time to time. Overall it's a good tv for the money and family room. Next time I'll spend a little more for a higher refresh rate though.

I purchased this TV on a Black Friday sale to replace an old 1080 tv. Picture o this TV is absolutely awesome. Sports mode for sound is cool also. Quad core processor inside makes Smart functions very fast. Youtube dials up instantly. Would refer this tv to everyone. Awesome purchase. Makes old dvds look fantastic as well with upscaling of the picture!

I have been enjoying my Samsung model UN60JU6500F 60-inch UHD TV for over a month and am pleased with the image quality. The TV is wall-mounted and used with a Harmon Kardon AVR, with Energy Take Classic 5.1 speakers and the result is a quite nice home theater system. The only issue encountered to date is that the Audio Return Channel (ARC) apparently does not work with streaming content and required a fiber optic connection from the TV to the AVR. The fiber optic required a right angle adapter because of limited space behind the set. These issues are the reason for the 4-rating of an otherwise fine UHD television.

Samsung has made a great product. The pictures are so distinct that they stand out.That also goes for the color. I like it very much!

I was hesitant to buy such an expensive TV but my husband talked me into it and I have never been happier. Love the Smart TV features so I am able to stream all of my shows. The picture is very clear and detailed. It is in our family room and we love to watch it all the time.
