After having this TV for 1 year and 1 week, I turned it on today to see this "shadow" dark spot on the left side of the screen. Guess I have to call Samsung to get this fixed...

The tv only lasted two years bad product I do not recommend it to anyone dark shade on screen can’t watch very disappointed Samsung No warranty after one year so the tv is garbage

This has been the absolute worse tv I have ever bought. Haven’t even had it 2 years and there are lines running vertically on the left side of the screen. Recommend you look past the price and buy a tv with better quality.

If you just want a cheap entry-level 4K LED this TV will work fine. But just over a year of use and it developed a flashlight effect and bothers me greatly. The picture is less that quality as well.

Bought on 3/04/2020, and already half the screen is black. Part is more than paid for tv.

Already gave out less than 2 years in not buying Samsung again left side of the tv dead

2 years amd 3 months later and 2/3 of the screen is black. I expect a tv to last longer

The 65in Samsung screen is going out on me. Only had it for 14 months. Never will by a Samsung again because of this. As soon as the warranty ended.

Not happy with this tv. Purchased April 27th 2019 and already white screen, random colors tried many options to fix.

Strong Samsung TV Fan but this TVs backlight went light at a year and a half.

Died after one and a half years. One year warranty is a joke!

Great picture, nice big size and sound. This is my living room tv and it works great with no issues. Ive had it almost 4 years and no complaints. My Samsung tvs have always done me well.

Great TV! Lasted 5 years then half screen turned black. Sad I had to replace. This is a great buy. Replaced with same TV but 75 inch.

I looovvvveee my tv. I have this one in my bedroom and the picture is GREAT, the sound is AMAZING, and the overall quality is much more than I could’ve expected or imagined.

Good picture but the smart features were incredibly slow. It is now completely dead after four years of light use in a rental home. Always plugged into a surge protector and never abused, it just started turning off randomly and now won’t even show the logo screen. Goodbye Samsung. Goodbye Best Buy.

Just got this TV to upgrade from a 50" Plasma.....yes, I said Plasma. Picture quality is great. I tried using the Movie mode for movies but found I prefer the Standard setting (with just a few tweeks to the picture). The sound isn't too bad either. Listening to Pandora was enjoyable. Since I will be hooking it up to an external receiver and amplifier, the sound isn't really an issue. I will mention though that the rear panel is curved as it goes up from the bottom. There are spacers included in the box so that the wall mount bracket (not included) will sit flush against the back. Mounting screws are not included either just the ones that allow you to attach the feet to the TV. If you catch this TV on sale I say go for it. I am very pleased with my purchase.

This TV is amazing. The picture is so clear and crisp. The setup is easy and the features are on par or better than other TVs in its class. I high recommend this TV and the price is low for the quality of the product.

Bought this for my game room and the color is great, size is perfect and the smart functions are spot on. For the price/value I feel it was a good buy. Would recommend

Let me begin by saying that I was a Samsung fan up and to this point. Nearly all of my electronics are of Samsung make. So when I decided to upgrade to my standard 65”HD to 4K I only considered Samsung as my old tv had been working faithfully everyday for the past 6 years. I decided upon the nu6900 as it was nearly identical the next level 7 series less one hdmi input and a bit more thickness. Everything was great, at first. Picture quality was great and while the sound quality was just I okay, own a Samsung sound bar that easily synced to improve the quality. After just over two months of ownership I began to notice the screen flash with vertical banding as well as intermittent flashes of “snow.” At first I believed it to be loose Hdmi cables or out of date firmware. This wasn’t the case as it continued to worsen and became more frequent. At this point the TV is completely unwatchable. I have called customer support and they will be out to fully replace the panel a week after my initial complaint. I am happy they are fixing it for me under warranty, but now I have a refurbished tv that I paid full price for. I was most disappointed that I couldn’t just return it to Best Buy where I bought it for another one. It would have saved me time and a lot of aggravation. In closing it should be noted that in talking with customer service they didn’t exactly say that this was an isolated occurrence; if anything they eluded to the fact that this has been a commonality. Overall the TV, when it worked, was pretty good and I’m sure I was just an unlucky recipient of a defective unit but it kind of sucks that I couldn’t just exchange it for another one. I have a few more tv’s to purchase and may consider another brand in the future.
