This is the best TV I have ever had. The smart remote with a pointer is much better to use than old remotes. The only thing I don't care for is no numbers on the remote so I use my DirecTV remote most of the time. The HTMI hook up is great with a small box with ONE cable going to the TV back. This makes for shorter HTMI cables and less cables in the wall. The 4K Ultra HD TV Picture is the BEST.

This is a great UHD TV for the price. I got this on sale and went into the store to buy the Sony TV for $600 more. Sony TV is great in that the colors are vibrant like a high end plasma TV. But when compared to the Samsung the sharpness and natural color of the screen was better. When delivered and set up at home this tv looked as good as th showroom picture. Amazing lifelike images

The TV is great. The picture is great. The online interface is great. My only issues are that is hooks up funny with my Samsung sound bar and it take a few buttons to get everything turned on correctly. The other is that because of the smart tv and 4k the loop between TV and channel sometimes closes and directv won't let me watch channels on the TV. I have to turn the tv off and on to get it to work again.

This TV is what I expected. I tried to really decide if the curved tv was worth the extra $ when looking for the right tv at first. So when it was time to purchas I went without the curve. It was about 2 days later , I spent most of one day at the end of the couch watching TV from an extreme side view and couldn't tell a difference. This was a great purchase.

I bought this TV after spending quite a bit of time researching and going in store to ask questions about many different units. Overall I'm happy with the picture quality. The sound leaves something to be desired, especially if fans or an AC unit are running in the room with the TV on. I am likely going to invest in a sound bar to mitigate that. Upon set-up I was having a lot of trouble getting certain apps to connect to the internet. I gave up and plugged in my old Roku but will dig out an ethernet cable and hopefully the apps work better then. The remote is pretty nice and intuitive, similar to a Wii remote. You may need to work with the menu settings a bit to get your desired outcomes in terms of picture and sound and general settings, but it isn't too difficult to do so. This also has a little box to plug all of your HDMI cables in which I'm fond of because then I don't have to crawl around my TV looking for a free one. This also cleans up the cable mess so there isn't much of one you can notice from the front. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase and look forward to testing out new settings and features on it.

The Samsung 7100 has a great picture and the smart features are great once you learn the on screen process. Much better then the old clunky remotes. Only negative was it did not support my cable provider Sudden Link, but it doesn't seem to make a lot of difference in how it works. Would like to be able to turn off the auto dimming feature, but so far no luck

This TV has an exceptional picture. It has several picture modes and several speaker modes. My wife has difficulty hearing and understanding the speech unless it is on the "clear voice" mode. I have it connected to my Yamaha receiver and 4 element speakers. This makes an for an exceptional experience. It has an exceptional remote also.

This TV has met my expectations for the cost. To me it offers a good value for what you are paying for. First and foremost. EXCELLENT picture quality. Nice saturated color and the menu for adjusting the settings is well laid out and easy to navigate. The SMARTHUB works well and the response time is fast. Great job Samsung!

I haven't bought a new TV in over a year. So walking into the store and seeing all the new tech in the TV's was overwhelming. I knew I wanted 4k, and I thought I was looking for a curved screen but when I started reading descriptions the prices increased as my wish list grew. I wanted 240 motion plus, smarthub, and the biggest TV I could get for less then $2500 ( anymore and I would be sleeping in the car). It finally came down to this one. I think, besides the reviews I've seen on other sites, the picture is fine on regular 1080p programming, better on bluray and excellent on 4k streaming (what limited programming there is for 4k). If you are looking an excellent picture for every program you are going to have to spend the money ( 4 to 6k) and the screen is going to be smaller. I haven't tried the 3d yet so I can't speak on the picture quality there. The sound is what you would expect from any flat screen, poor. You definitely need to have a soundbar at the minimum for depth and clarity. On a side note, the TV is heavy and because of the size it is ackward to pick up by yourself. The stand is a lot sturdier then the old Samsung LEDs.

I originally purchased an 65" LG tv but the front of it had some wrinkles in the frame. When I returned it, I upgraded to this one. I was very surprised and pleased with the difference. Awesome picture, great up scaling, and stunning 3d. Love this tv.

We have been watching a Samsung 46" since 2006 when 1080p was introduced. This Samsung UN65JU7100FXZA cost $800 less that our 46" did in 2006 and is a huge improvement in picture color and clarity watching TW cable and Blu-ray looks 10x better!

I looked at the major brands, only Samsung and Sony passed muster. At 65 inches and 4K performance it was the refresh rate at 240 that sealed the deal. The picture is great as you would expect. Surprisingly the TV's own speakers are really good as well. A sound bar makes good enough even better but not a necessity.

We love this TV. The picture is in such depth that you think your are there in person. This is the first Smart TV we have owned and love the ease in use, that we can access Netflix and so many others with the touch of a button. Also love the small easy to use remote. I did research to find the best and we found it.

I spent a lot of time reading other peoples reviews, reading the professional opinions on all the different TVs now on the market and actually looking at the different TVs before finally buying the SAMSUNG 65". It is everything they advertised it to be. The clarity is great, it's easy to use and we love it.

The picture is awesome. Clear, bright, sharp. Very easy to set up. Love that it comes with a hdmi hub so you plug devices into the hub instead of multiple times into the tv. Haven't tried 3D yet. Did not purchase for that feature.

After careful research, I choose this model over the 65" vizio M series. The picture quality is similar between the 2 sets, however, the Samsung has a much better OS, user interface, and remote. It also has 4 HDMI ports that support the latest standard, while the vizio only has 1.

I love this TV. No big problems. I recommend having at least a soundbar or better for quality sound. but that is expected. Great picture. I love the SmartTV part of it. Streaming Amazon, Netflix, and YouTube is so easy.

Pictures brings out the realness of the tv show that is being watched. Colors are amazing. Would have gone with a larger tv had the price been closer than almost double.

When we saw this TV on the floor of Best Buy, we knew it was the one for us. The color is so brilliant, the picture so sharp, it has to be seen with one's own eyes.

I think it's a pretty amazing TV but I can't tell that much of a difference from the other 4ks. In the store you may see a slight difference and the sales team gets into the finer details to help sell but I think I would've been happy with any 4k TV. Overall I'm happy with the purchase but with limited 4k programming options it may have been a purchase that could've waited. $2,799 is a pretty steep price tag to watch non-4k programs. Better off waiting for a sale or 4k price drops..
