    I bought this TV and returned it immediately. The colors were okay but I expected better from a Samsung. The "smart hub" is not user friendly. The controller has limited access. I was not happy with this TV, I went back and exchanged it for the Sony 850c which is absolutely perfect. android has more apps to download. The Samsung website is very limited with apps.

    I upgraded from a 6500 and this was a disappointment. The picture quality was not as good but maybe I just had a bad panel. I ultimately ended up spending more and getting the 8500 which was the best decision I could have made, I have no regrets.

    I purchased this tv excited about this tvs possibilities... However, this tv comes with no hdmi ports directly on the tv. This tv has one special port that connects to a mini box that contains all the hdmi ports and other ports. The tv did recognize the mine box. I could not connect anything to the tv. No cable. No game system. No sound system. Beautiful picture at the store display but I was unable to use this tv at home... Samsung customer service was willing to trouble shoot and fix the issue with the mini box but I decided to return the tv to Best Buy. Best Buy took back the tv with no issues and helped me find another tv that I am very happy with. I switched to Lg. I am completely satisfied.
