Opened box at home and looked through instructions. Plugged in tv went through the setup process for everything and was watching Tv in 15 minutes. Setup was easier than first thought and picture quality was great. 3D on this TV with the 3D glasses is awesome.

Best tv I have ever owned! The colors and pictures look amazing. The blacks make everything look so much cleaner. Highly recommend this tv to anyone!!

This review is for the Samsung 65" JS8500 SUHD TV. I researched for a month prior to purchase. Despite the $3000 price tag, I feel you are getting your money's worth with this purchase. There is not a lot of 4k content currently, but upscaling is incredible. Highly recommended!!!

The colors and resolution are great. Our old TV was a plasma and we couldn't watch it in daytime due to glare. This screen allows us to do so.

No matter how u see it. No Other tv beats the Picture quality, wide color gamut and exceptional brightness offered by this set. Tizen OS is fast boot and responsive I initially bought Sony xbr850c android 4k. Here is the compare afyer week of side by side viewing - Sony lacks on baclight brightness and vividness. - android os was slow and laggy. Only advantagge u can put anything availabl On Google play store. 4k videos are out if world on this. Speakers are decent. TV had feature where Samsung rep can diagnose it remotely!

Love Samsung products. This is our second Samsung TV from Best Buy. The clarity and color on this TV is unbelievable. Great customer service.

This is a fantastic tv, the picture is absolutely beautiful and will even more so once it's been tweaked. I was torn between this and the comparable Sony's but decided to go with the Samsung. I was able to get this on sale at Best Buy as well so that made it and easy choice as well. You really can't go wrong picking one of these up. Only thing that would be nice if it came in black instead of silver or gave you the choice. Check out rtings.com for really good reviews on all brands of tv's, it was a really good tool to help me decide.

I was stuck between smaller oled and larger Samsung and went big. Best mistake ever! I know oled is probably a superior tv, but the Samsung 8500 is still a great tv for far less money. I got the size I wanted and am still super impressed with the performance of the tv as well. The remote is different than having old school traditional buttons, but once you learn that, things can't be easier. I would buy another if I needed one.

I almost bought this TV earlier this year. The Black Friday special convinced me to pull the trigger. I prefer a flat screen to a curved one, and for me, this TV hits just the right price to performance ratio. In addition to the 4K resolution, it support High Dynamic Range (HDR) content. The demo files are stunning. I'm anxious for more content to show up. I don't use 3D much, but it's nice to have for occasional use. The active glasses work well but the watch-type batteries don't last much more than a few movies. Still good.

this has to be my best television ever. the picture and colors are super clear and sharp. like the 3d feature, amazing on a 65 in screen

Great picture. Easy setup. Smart hub is awesome. Remote takes a little getting used to however becomes second nature in a short time.

Looked at several 4k televisions, decided to go with the Samsung because of the ease of use and most importantly the picture quality.

The quality of the set is outstanding. The picture is so good it is like looking out a window at the action, even when watching old movies. The features available for use with Netflix and Amazon are easy to use and flawless. I had the set installed by Bestbuy and another set removed and relocated and the service was excellent. They sent 4 people to do the work and it was done efficiently, quickly and all the men were as pleasant and helpful as they could possibly have been. Very happy with the entire experience.

I am so please with this purchase! This TV has the most incredible picture. I love the pointer remote too. You won't be disappointed.
