This TV is spectacular in all areas. It is very simple to use, light and the quality of the picture for watching TV and especially gaming is awesome. LOVE IT!!

This is amazing 3D TV, very clear and deep, bright colors and Awesome definition in 2D. Just plug a flash memory with movies on it and The 1080p turns at 4k. This TV is better than Sony (untill the date). Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, etc. Is very fast to open. Every think in 1080p is upscaling to 4k.

I love this TV although I'm a Huge Samsung fan already i'm floored by the capabilities of this particular model. Now that said I did have some issues when i first purchased the TV in January 2016. When i got the TV home and did the full set up after i mounted it to my wall i noticed that the TV kept restarting every 30 seconds or so. The problem turned out to be the One Connect Mini Box that comes with the TV which is a central hub for all your devices that connect with an HDMI cable. Once i got fed up with watching the box reset my TV because it said it could not detect the box i began to research the problem. Turns out there are plenty other people out there with all different types of models but especially this UN65JS8500 who had a faulty box. So i proceeded to chat with samsung on there official site and after an hour or so and no solution there only resolve was to ship me a new box. I have several issues with this, one being i purchased the TV for the super-bowl and it would be atleast 7-14 days before i received a new box and i only had about 4 days before the big game. My second issue was that they couldn't give me an official answer to what was the problem but i had more of an explanation on the online forums saying that the One connect Box software and firm ware weren't updated but there isn't enough time to update it over the air before the box reset on you. Lastly there is only a certain amount of time with your return policy before you cannot bring your product back and get a refund and i was given the worst possible customer service and solutions to my problem in the store when i went back to find a quick solution. You've been warned so please do your research and be sure you consider these things before buying this set.

Always liked samsung but with this new tv they set the bar so high it will be hard for the competition to reach it. The picture is so clear and sharp it's hard to believe you're looking at a screen. The recovery rate is unbelievable and the coloring is like nothing we've seen before.

Samsung Smart TVs are very user friendly with a lot of great apps. The picture quality was really evident in the store where I could compare to other models. It is especially noticeable with the color black (or is black a shade?). The 65 inch screen was plenty for my large living room.

I really like this TV. I'd give it 5 stars except for the new Tizen OS. It only supports HTML5 and a lot of sites are still using Adobe Flash which Tizen does not support. Thus, I cannot watch videos on most of my favorite sites. I'm sure as time passes more sites will make the switch or offer support for the more secure HTML5 but for now, lack of Flash support is a bit of an annoyance. Everything else about this TV though is great. The clarity makes it feel as if I'm watching real life rather than film.

I wanted a very smart TV and this one surely is! The picture, color and sharpness is amazing. Details are so true to life and looks like the subjects are right in the room with you! Remote is super easy to use. Best Buy hooked it up, explained everything and were so nice!

Great picture and plenty of options/features that are easy use and I am happy with the purchase. The one function I wish it had was the ability to use voice searching feature when using the apps search bars(ie..youtube) vs manually typing in your search via controller and keypad. The other suggestion I have is to use gaming system or blue ray for the streaming apps as the internet streaming seems faster on those versus the TV.

The picture quality is absolutely amazing. Set up was fast and easy. Geek squad was less than useful and I ended up having to call Samsung to handle a question on the wifi. After Samsung resolved the issue in less than 3 minutes, everything was great. You will love this TV.

The remote took a bit of time to master but it is extremely useful. The audio was not synced with the picture at first but it was a simple fix once I discovered the correct control. The quality of the picture is unbelievable and the sound quality is better than average.

This was an impulse purchase. Glad I got it and glad the store had it on display. TV is great. Had problem getting the Smart TV part working but think it was caused by not having a strong enough router (Gateway).

Best Buy's free delivery and setup sealed they deal for me. The quality of the picture is excellent. Movies watched on my blue-ray dvd player are really sharp and the colors are very good. Glad I did not buy another cheaper brand and waited for the sale on this TV.

Great video and good sound. The number of inputs (4), internet access, and 'remote mouse' control are all great features that helped set this TV apart. My only complaint is it can be annoying when switching inputs. For example, if I last used the TV with the cable box, and the next time I turn it on I want to put a BlueRay on, the TV won't let me switch inputs until it recognizes the cable box (power on) first.

I did a lot of research before picking this TV. I had to replace my 65 in Curved tv that my 3 yr old broke with an IPAD (the iPad is fine). Great picture better than the last one. My only issue is it's supposed to reduce glare but doesn't do this as well as the Curved. For the money SUHD is the way to go. 3D is great as well. Still waiting on more 4k and HDR content to become available so I can really test it out.

Beautiful picture. Very different remote control than same model 2 years ago. Much easier to use. Needed a separate sound bar to hear audio clearly and loud enough.

I love this new SUHD. When I first started viewing it, I had to adjust my eyes because things felt almost 3d at first glance. I can't say that I'm a big fan of the connect wise adapter; it just seems like an unnecessary bridge between my receiver and the TV. I will say, that the Plasma TV that I replaced with this one had as good or better picture it seems to me. I've only had it for about 3 weeks so more to come.

Considered a curved Samsung and one other TV (competitor brand), but for the money, this was the best choice. TV is awesome... Crystal Clear picture. And easy to set up. The TV recognized most of my devices on its own... I'm beyond pleased with my purchase!!

I am enjoying my new television which has a very good picture when you view it from the front. However if you move to the side, it fades out quite a bit. The sound quality could be improved somewhat also. It's pretty easy to program and move from component to component.

Bought when on sale for $2k. Awesome picture quality for 4k content on Netflix, streaming etc. Great upscaling from cable 1080 as well. Only gripe is slower than expected LAN & Wifi. I only get 35Mb max(still plenty for 4k though), and i have 100Mb cable.
