I can’t comment on the audio as I hooked it up to a soundbar we have. The smart features of the TV make it very convenient with the Alexa compatibility. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a big screen without breaking the bank.

Seemed to sync better than firetv. Picture is great and layout is easy to get around.

It was on sale, so it was an easy choice among the top brands, and we find it to be a good value & reliable tv. We had the Geek Squad do the installation because it was on a complicated tiled wall. He techs were professional & helpful. The store Manager, A-Rod was also tremendous in figuring it all out with us! Thanks to all for your time & assisance.

Delivered free of charge without any suprises. Easy to setup as Samsung only can deliver. Crisp images and syncs wonderfully with any smart device..especially nice with a Samsund Android phone. This 2023 model does have the CHAT features on-screen, which syncs on your smart phone giving you real-time live chat during a TV event. Be aware this chat is in its infancy so some issues and very basic.

Upgraded from the 50 inch to the 65, and I’m glad I did. Has a very good picture and I love the Samsung tv app where you can stream tons of channels. Sales person tried to get me to upgrade to the 8000 for another few hundred bucks, but honestly this tv is perfect for what I needed.

The picture quality and apps were well worth the price. I have not run into any issues, the TV updates seemlessly, and looks fantastic for your favorite shows, movies and even YouTube.

First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. To ensure you do not miss any Firmware Updates, I recommend enabling Auto Updates. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update> then select Auto Update.
Next, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.
