    Dark scenes look terrible!

    This TV looks great when you're watching movies with bright scenes, however the dark scenes are absolutely terrible and should look a lot better for the price. You can see in my photo that it also has clouding problems. I've only had the TV for a year and I also purchased the geek squad protection plan so hopefully something can be done about this.

    I define would not recommend this product as the picture quality has been bad from the very day Qeek Squad installled it. Now, all I am seeing is complete black and white pictures.

    Bought tv because of the curve, curve caused way too much glare. Remote was horrible and volume on tv stopped working. Returned tv within 2 weeks trial and couldn’t be happier.

    My first Samsung - 65" Class - LED - Curved - NU8500 Series - 2160p took back in 3 days(6 in shadow down the middle).The second tv out of box will not toggle between input sources(only 2).Having Geek Squad bring 3ed. 3 stikes and your out
