Q: Is the curved Tv better than the flat screen both nu8500s Thank you new to curved vs flat
A: Most side by side tests end up being a draw with one TV slightly better than the other in one area but not all. If you are struggling then flat may be the better way. One complaint with the curved is glare and how visible as a whole for those not dead center. For me I don't have a problem and in fact handles light reflection much better than my old TV. But if you had lots of light coming from the sides then you might have a problem. For me I have dark curtains and the only time I see any light is in the day but it's still find to watch a movie. I have a lamp about 3 feet to the left of me that I can't usually see on the TV. So for me I'm happy with these issues and the picture is very good.

A: Go to settings and change picture mode to Dynamic and you'll see the difference with the Hdmi Cable. Use Dynamic on every app and devices. Just speak into the remote microphone and say dynamic and switch it from standard to dynamic and you'll be amazed.
Q: What is the minimum pixel setting for these televisions?
A: If you mean resolution I don't think there is a setting. The TV adjusts to the input source. I've gone down to 480p.
