    The picture quality on this is great. The inner workings of this tv is less desirable. Tv turns off for no reason, switches to Apple TV on its own. Sometimes freezes. Don’t know what to do

      I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing Internet connection drops when streaming on-demand content.

      Internet connections are mainly based on WiFi signal strength and quality. The router location and distance from the TV is an important consideration -- having them both on the same floor with minimal interference blocking the signal (like a wall, etc.) will improve streaming. You may also want to try wired LAN, if possible, since the connection will be faster and more reliable.

    After my 2016 Samsung got broken during a move, we bought the same model but the 2018 version. We were not impressed at all. This tv was just not worth the high price. We returned it and went with another brand instead which is more up to date for 2018. I love the smart connect features, but were highly unsatisfied with the motion rate on this tv.

    I think the curvature of the tv distorts the picture somewhat when viewing from the center. I would personally not get this, but he wanted it for his early christmas present.

    Order this open box tv online by the time I got home I noticed there wasn’t no stand with the tv, so I had to return it and exchange it for a brand new one

    The quality of these Samsung TVs has been slowly staying the same/declining. They used to be the best, but you can now find more advanced tech.

    Replaced a lg 60 inch 4K tv with this one I must say I’m not impressed with it. To me the lg is brighter and the colors are better. Going to give it a few days and experiment with the settings if I can’t fix it gonna take it back and buy the lg equivalent
