This is my 3rd samsung tv over the years since 2008. All 3 still working great. my first was a 45" upgraded to a 55" and now into this 4k led 65" . Great picture, free setup by the Geeksquad included in the package. I happened to have a Bose Cinemate theatre sound system since 2008 which enhances the overall sound quality. Beautiful color. The big screen really enhances the action.

Very nice tv. Very sharp picture and the colors are out of this world !!

I've purchase 4 televisions in the past year, and this by far has the most beautiful picture - even straight out of the box. (Although I did make my own preference adjustments.) I watch sports, gaming, movies, etc. and no problems with any. Not the most expensive, but certainly worth the money.

great picture and awesome sund quality smart tv is eay to use

We purchased the Samsung QLED tv and we are really enjoying it. We ended up purchasing the tv as an open box which saved us quite a bit of money. It had been over 10 years since we purchased a new tv and we are amazed at the quality of the picture, it makes you feel as if you are in the picture itself it’s fascinating to us. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase.

Went back and forth from getting the biggest tv Samsung offered to the best tv that Samsung offered the QLED 65in. Best decision ever, quality on this tv is outstanding. Even though I wanted the biggest tv...it wouldn’t help with the quality because of big my living is. My 65in fit perfectly and it looks bigger than it looked. I highly recommend the QLED Samsung.

I like the quality of the pictures also how easy it is to set the TV up

This TV looks beautiful the only con I have with that is that the speakers or not as loud as I thought they would be everything else is beautiful

Overall the TV is great. Love the sleek look and design. Easy to hang and cable manage. Love the look of 4K Blu Rays on it. One small problem is a thin red line that will flicker from time to time. It is very quick so you have to pay attention is annoying when you see it. Reading reviews on various sites it sounds like this is an issue with a good amount of Samsung TVs when in game mode. So not an issue for those who don’t game. Sounds like there is no fix currently but since it is just game mode maybe there will be at some point.

I really didn’t know what kind of TV I was going to buy until I got to Best Buy. The gentleman that help me made it very easy for me to pick one.

Awesome 4K features, colors and sound. All around great tv choice.

The quality of the TV is excellent. The reds are incredible when you are starting up Netflix. The blacks are very back. I don't know how they do it but the sound is very good too considering how thin the it is. Most of the time I don't even turn on the auxiliary sound system. Can't say enough about the Geek Squad guys that delivered and installed this and another TV.
