Excellent Picture
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So we looked at a few tv’s at Best Buy and price and quality was a big concern. This TV met our needs perfectly love the fact that everything is plugged into a separate receiver. We wall mounted the tv and it worked better having a seperate box instead of running a ton of wires up to the tv. I liked the oled quality but I am a huge gamer and burn in seemed like a possibility so it wasn’t for me and our living room is bright lots of sunlight. Although the price is steeep! I think if you get it for the right price it’s not so bad I got an open box one in excellent condition and it was Black Friday so TVs were already heavily discounted, they have since gone up in price now is it worth what I paid heck yeah! I got the 65” Q7! I couldn’t beat the price for the quality. That being said the full price for the tv is a bit much to swallow so shop around. P.S. I love the remote control. One controller for everything can’t beat it!

The BEST TV purchase!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great picture and sound, easy to set up, love it! The movies came out great, the blacks are very black, and the colors stand out brightly. Very little sun-glare, and the remote is small and simple. The tutorials of using the voice remote is easy.

Nice upgrade!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very happy with this qled. Very vibrant color an very realistic, makes you feel like you are there. Remote and menu are very logical and a breeze to use. Sound is pretty good for a flat screen. Picture is awesome and viewing angle is great. In my opinion you don’t need to pay extra for the curved screen version of this tv. Mounted to wall above fire place.

Great TV, Terrible Samsung customer service
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ll start with the glaring negative first.... the tv didn’t come with a remote..... I called Samsung and they agreed to send a new one and quoted a delivery time of 4 days.... 10 days later, I was excited to see the fancy metal remote that is used as a partial selling point for the tv only to find they sent me the wrong remote. I had to call back and was told they would ship the right remote this time but it would take 10 days and there was no way to expedite the shipping in light of the previous mistake and the new timeline of another 10 days. Suffice it to say, I wasn’t very happy about the situation. Also, their call center sounds very cramped and crowded, wherever it is located, as I could hear a lot of background noise from other service agents. At the moment, I’m still currently waiting for the new remote and can’t really comment on its’ quality as a result, but the plastic one seems decent enough, just not what I paid for. The other issue with Samsung’s customer support had to do with an issue I was trying to figure out with regards to the arc port and how it interacted with my Denon amp... the CSR kept asking me about the first remote that I was still waiting for, as if that was the reason I was calling, despite the fact that I told him I was calling about a seperate issue multiple times. Maybe it’s an issue with training for their service line, maybe it’s a language barrier, but it’s very frustrating and I’m still waiting on the correct remote. On to the TV itself though. The tv has a fantastic picture and was very easy to set up out of the box. Having the seperate one connect box is a significant convenience as it allows me to run far fewer wires up to my wall mounted tv and save some money on my hdmi connectors as everything is around 3 ft from where they need to be now instead of 6 ft or 9 ft (especially nice if you’re Splurging on expensive hdmi cords). The picture is especially nice with 24p content where the soap opera effect is often an issue with led tvs, but not with mine. The set does an excellent job of handling the content. Local dimming is often considered bad on anything but an oled, but it’s only really significant when there is nothing but a black background and a single bright object on the screen. All the 4K content I’ve played so far hasn’t had much of an issue in my enjoyment since there is generally more than just a singular white dot on the screen. Thus far, I’ve viewed various 4K discs (Valerian, Warcraft, kingsman and others) and 4K streaming content through Amazon prime and everything has looked fantastic thus far. The one issue I’ve had with the connectors was connected to an update that sometimes causes the arc port to act incorrectly when connected to a 3rd party amp. It only failed once so far and was easily corrected by power cycling the one connect box. If you have any real issues with it, you can always just avoid the initial firmware update and wait for the eventual correction to the issue. Otherwise it’s recognized a number of my devices, including my ps4, Xbox one, Apple TV, Samsung 4K player (no surprise there), and my Denon amp. It even correctly depicts that it is adjusting the volume through the amp when I use the incorrect remote they sent me as a replacement on accident. Using the plastic remote, I can power off the amp and tv at the same time as well, so no need for a universal remote. The new Tizen operating system is very nice. It’s super easy to set up and allows you to easily rearrange the icons so you can access the features you want more readily before the ones you don’t use very often. Overall, I would recommend the TV to someone looking for a quality set with a great picture and convenience features. I just wouldn’t rely on Samsung’s customer service line to be all that effective and would likely rate the tv higher if I could have avoided them.

Best Picture I have on a TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This TV has the best picture I have seen on any TV. Setup was quick and very easy. I like the fact that the actual screen only has two wires that connect to it. The remote is like automatic it learn other devices without even telling it to. Oh yes OMG it has voice ID on the remote so you just say what you want and it does it.

Excellent tv
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This tv exceeds my expectations. Everyday I learn something new about its capabilities. Not only does it have awesome features the quality of the picture is amazing. Honestly the first couple of days of having it I had buyers remorse. I thought that the remarkable picture clarity made most movies so realistic that they seemed cheesy and low budget. There was definitely an adjustment period going from a normal lower quality flat screen to the QLED. Since getting acclimated to it though, I wouldn't change a thing with my decision to purchase this tv. It was expensive, but well worth the price. The design is very sleek. All of the cords are hidden in the neck of the base and the connections are covered by a panel in back. The remote will program to any device, making it so you can eliminate having ten remotes laying around. There is a voice command on it also which will assist you in doing different things on the tv. When Samsung labels it as a smart tv, it's not a joke. My finances favorite thing to do in the mornings is turn it on and ask it what the weather is like outside. It will then proceed to pull up the current forecast for our area. Hands down I give this tv five stars. When someone new comes over it is definitely a topic of discussion. I love it and couldn't be happier.

Best TV I ever owned
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The picture quality is amazing. Well worth the few $$hundred extra from a standard 4K TV. Setup is easy. The universal remote takes some getting used to, but has basically replaced every remote I use (cable, roku, firestick, etc...) It controls everything.

Worth it.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just wanted to say that I was very skeptical about buying a QLED because of how good of reviews the OLEDs from LG but when I was showed the One Connect box I just had to give it a go. The One Connect box is pretty much a splitter that Samsung uses to manage all your sources and inputs and the invisible wire is very aesthetic pleasing once set up. Hides all the wires and in the end it looks amazing. As far as the TV I wouldn’t expect anything but perfection. The images were crystal clear where you can see individual white hairs on a white background. It’s that good. And shadows and blacks were what they should be. Blacks were black and if there details in the shadow it shows through so that you can see the image as if you were behind the video camera. The smart remote is also great. I received the metallic finished one and it’s probably the nicest and easiest to use remote I’ve ever seen. Last but not least make sure you get dimensions of the stand if your mounting it that way because it is alittle long length wise or else you’ll be buying a new tv stand like I did but in the end my 65” Q7 was a great buy and I enjoy sitting on the couch and looking at it after a day at work. Worth the money. The only cons I can see is that the smart apps are alittle clunky and slow but that’s really just from someone who has a iPhone X and is used to apps opening in an instant but the difference are mere milliseconds so I don’t mind it at all.

Excellent TV Picture
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have purchased this TV as a replacement for an older Samsung TV. I have read a few of these reviews and there was some concern with the backlighting and issues that came up with the TV. I am very impressed with it so far, this is not an issue for me. There is an oh so slight ghosting on white backgrounds but I don't notice it unless I am looking for it. The TV has worked perfectly so far, I have had no failures with it so far. I followed the instructions when I installed it. The installation was smooth and if you have a Samsung phone, it will find the phone and complete the installation using the phone. This actually worked quite well and after the installation was complete it uses it as a remote as well. This TV was in a room that faced a window. When the sun was setting you could not even see the screen before. With the anti reflective coating, I could see a faint reflection but I could still see the screen clearly, it worked very well, I would give it a 9 out of 10. With a good signal coming in, the picture is amazing, very clear. I feel sorry for the actors now, this TV exposes all of their flaws, no hiding anymore! This is one of the first TVs I have purchased that I have had no issues with, not major ones anyway. I liked: - The picture quality (Does a good job on converting HD, low definition does look a bit choppy) - The remote connection makes for a clean installation - The Base it comes with is quite solid - The apps I have used so far have worked well - The Optical out to the receiver works well if using the apps - The Anti reflective coating Didn't like: (I had to think about this one) - There is a slight lag when using the apps (this could be because if my internet connection, not sure yet) Just noticeable but not irritating

Top notch picture quality
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We had a 45" TV in our living room. It's a Samsung and is approximately 8 years old and quite outdated. When we went shopping for a new TV they had the Qled next to a TV without and you could definitely tell the difference in picture quality. The colors on this Qled is amazing. Though the cost is quite an increase compared to other TV's we thought it was worth it!

Great Picture Quality
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased this TV 3 weeks ago and so far I'm impressed with the picture quality and overall performance. Setup was extremely simple and switching from different input options is quick and easy. I'm in awe of the 4K Ultra picture quality when viewing programs with the 4K format. So far, no issues. I will update this review if needed in the future.

Not quite OLED yet
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. From a design standpoint, this TV is wonderful. They were very thoughtful in separating the "smarts" of the TV and putting them (and all inputs/outputs) in a box that fits nicely with other stereo or electronic components. The TV then becomes super thin, allowing it to hang on the wall with only a power cord and a very tiny optical cable that transfers the audio/video from the box to the screen. The colors are amazing, with some I feel like I've never seen before on a TV. If you have it it a room with lots of lighting or natural light, this TV is great! Brightness levels are wonderful, but regardless of what they say, it's still an edge lit LCD - which shows when you have mostly dark or black screens and something very bright pops up. For me, this is in my living room with lots of windows and light, so I'm very satisfied with over quality and great looks. If I were to put this in a theater room, I'd pass and go with an OLED.

Best Television ever
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.By far the best money ever spent on a television. Easy set up, worked well with existing video and audio components as well. EXCELLENT picture, color and audio which is often lacking with flat screen. Smart options like YouTube, Netflix and Amazon so easy to use. My husband and family are thrilled.

Great TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far I am loving the new TV. Unboxed and set up solo in about 30 minutes. It is quite heavy so I recommend you have at least one other person to help you lift it onto your TV stand, and don't try wall mounting without professionals involved. I've got a Sceptre sound bar connected to it via Bluetooth and this TV does a better job talking to it than my Sceptre TV did... Also have a Bluetooth keyboard connected and it works, but many of the apps on the TV that allow for searching program names don't work with it because they want you to use the arrow keys to move around the alphabet in their own format. But works well on the browser. Mostly the voice controlled remote can do just about everything you needed including entering text into Google when browsing. Very happy with the purchase although it was quite expensive it's way better then their sub $1000 Q65 model...

Lives up to the hype
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My new QLED tv is awesome! The picture is phenomenal in every aspect. I have a 2160p HDMI cable That helps display a fairly good picture, but I am definitely going to get a 4K cable. The TV is easy to set up and even easier to enjoy!

Another excellent product from Samsung.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This TV has the best color and clarity of any Samsung I have bought to date. The virtually frameless screen and ultra thin design are great features from a viewing experience perspective and overall appearance. Well worth the money.
