Very sharp beautiful picture but falls short

When using the apps they frequently freeze leaving me to remove the power and plug it back in. The tv is CONSTANTLY out of sync with the audio by several seconds. Odd audio pops are quite frequent. I am very disappointed, especially having paid a premium.
